Classic Roadsters have a 94" wheel base also, but I think the body style is different from the Lone Stars. Also if looking at a top from another manafacturer, you need to take the roll bar into consideration and be sure they are the same height, distance back, & etc.

Figures. I have two roll bars.
I think I will have to ask around about a top.
No biggy right now, got lots of small detail things to do.
Wait, isn't someone's B'day like tomorrow?????????

Tru,
Look at my roll bar in my pictures. The guy here had the same roll bar and that upholstery guy that used to be here made a beautiful top for his car and also a tonneu cover for it. I used to have a picture of the car and will see if I can find it.

Tru, you may want to get one custom made like Ron suggested, you could even customize it to your liking (different colors than the black most tops are made of, ect.) You may also want to consider one of the LeMans Fastback type hard tops, they follow the Cobra's body lines really well, but they are a little pricey.

Thanks guys, looks like I have to pay the state $2k for plates.
There isn't going to be a top for a while ( unless I win the lotto ).
The older boy is going to Michigan Tech in the fall and they are billing us now for it.
Heck, I need a few days of good warm weather to fiddle with things before I crank her up.
Happy B' day to you Mike.

Good morning Tru,
Wow, $2K for plates. I thought ours was bad. Not even sure my whole car is worth that.
Good to hear the boy is going to college. That is really geting expensive any more too.
Hope that you get some warm weather soon. It is cooling down here now and was 38 this morning. A real drop from the 80s. But I knew this was coming as we have had a weird Winter and have had great weather when it should have been bad, and now cold and supposed to rain when it should be starting to get nice.

Our weather report for the next several days is going the wrong way. Windy, cooler temperatures, scattered showers and rain continuing onto April. Not surprising as the car show week starts April 3rd. I think they moved it up to early this year but any time in April is no more than a guess here. I have seen it at 110+ on show day and have also seen it in the 20s and snowing. Only accurate weather report around here is to get up and look out the window each day and see what it is doing. Example, yesterday was supposed to be windy, overcast and in the low 40s. It was sunny, no wind and in the upper 60s.

Mike,
I have been up since 2:30 AM. Really not sleeping to well the last week. What in the world got you out of bed at this hour? Earthquake, Neuclear attack, or what kind of disaster did you have?

In PA that would be 6:53 am. Just in time to go out the door to school.

Tru,
I am not that bad at math. The East Coast is just 3 hours ahead of us, not 4. So 2:30 AM here would be 5:30 AM there. Still early for Mike to be up and around.

Ron, it actually was 6:53, I think the CC time is a little messed up, I have mine set on Baghdad time instead of Eastern time.

Mike,
I was referring to real world time as I know the C.C. time is off a little. I don't remember what time I have mine set on but it is about 5 minutes off the actual time and that was as close as I could get. Learn to use a watch me boy and then you will know what time it actually is. Depending on computer time can be misleading.
Ron
Time Check. Mine that shows in the posts is almost to the second 5 minutes behind the actual time.

Not as sick as this week I have been having. Well, it wasent that bad, kinda evened out eventually, I think. Lets just say that there were non-class time related school problems. Yea, thats it.
