Brent! Is that you?????
Kristen, sorry, got jammed and could not get on the computer or in my office yesterday.
Ron, good you are back to the bugging.
Flipper, yes It was sarcasm. I am hoping we get a 60 or more temp today.
It isn't the temp as much as the roads. Driving in Michigan is like driving in a used mine field. The holes are so big, whole cars are lost at a time.
Crap, G2G.

Brent,
How can you get homesick for -30 degrees and snow and ice all Winter? I have never wanted to go back there since I lived in up state New York and found out what their Winters can be like. Loved the people and summers, but those Winters are something else. Only worse ones I was in were in Korea. Of course with the weird weather patterns we are having now, you may have snow and ice down there soon.

Hey we will be right over.
I have been reading contracts all day. BORING
The Paypal contract is very elusive. If you have a Paypal account, Did you read the contract? I would bet you would be very surprised at it. I was.
No, that is not the only contract I have been reading. Can any of you recommend a good Merchant account provider? I Have emailed twenty or so and only one has replied. Can you imagine trying to get ahold of them if there is a problem.
More than likely will not do the Paypal thing. To many reasons to list here. It would take all day.

hey, Steve. interesting about paypal. when I look at items on ebay, most have paypal.... but, there are a few that say in their description- "absolutely no paypal" and then elude to the evil empire type thing. No, can't say i've read my contract, but as a payer, not seller, it's probably not too bad.

Steve,
It sounds as if you are having an exciting day. Nothing more fun than trying to read and deciper all the little things they stick in contracts any more.
I just got off the phone with Earl and he sounded really good. Said he was feeling a lot better than yesterday and is looking forward to going home. He said it was pouring rain there right now. Same here. Rains laike mad for a while then the sun comes out and then it rains some more. Earl really wants to get his Cobra going and said he thought some of the guys there was going to come over when he gets home as it will be a while before he can do a lot. Wish I could say that. I never could do a lot.

Kristen, I am sure you are only a little older than me unless that was your granddaughter I guess I should put some pics in my gallery.
Trularin, I had forgotten about the frost heaves and what they do to roads. Maybe I am not so homesick.
Ron, it is only -30* for a short time in the winter. I love the snow but where I grew up we usually didn't have enough to go snowmobiling for more than a couple months and the man made snow isn't that great to ski on. But I still miss it.
One other great thing here is the great flying weather. Clear skies 357 days a year. Too windy some days too, but not often. Now if could just find a plane to rent again...

Put Wings on your Cobra, get on the freeway and get up to about 110-120, and wal-la, you have a plane. Might be a little hairy to steer though!

To start with Ebay OWNS Paypal. That is why there are so many people useing it on Ebay.
The reason some won't is because they can't. Paypal limits what can be sold using their services. The list is endless. They also charge the seller 2.9% of the purchase price plus .30 per transaction.
This cannot be that big of deal, can it?
I have to look up every once and awhile to see if the sun is still up. Yea I am one of those guys that reads all the contracts. I guess spending fifteen years in the Banking busines taught me to read between the lines. Whew, I had to take notes on that one though.

PayPal is a rip. I had an account many years ago, got screwed and said bye bye.
Steve, if you can do without, do without.
Kristen, hope you can make it, I sent the intel.
Flipper, yeah, there is no love lost with the passing of winter 04-05. The holes are gigantic. I think I might have lost a piece of clutch with one today.
Too tired, see ya'll in the morn.

Steve,
I don't know what is going on. They told me they would definately be here by yesterday, and so far they haven't even billed my credit card. I guess I am going to have to hunt back through the threads until I find that sight and call them again. I really wanted them yesterday as I now have a very sore shoulder from throwing rocks at that dam dog. The guy saw that I was carrying my gun and took the dog inside. It would pour rain for a while and the dog would stand on the porch and howl. Then the sun would come out and he would move out to the gate closest to me and just stand there and bark until I thought he would surely sufficate as he never stopped to breathe. Either he or his owner is going to change ways soon.
