Kristen, ask Peter to raise it and use that ladder to stick under it once it is up a bit.

I thought you were going to have a door person come out and put in a new unit.

I am really excited about the lift thing, the new car thing, and well a new garage door opener motor.

lhobokon--- hmmm. might want to go post that in All Cobra Talk???

Nice and warm down here. We are getting ready for a run to the annual Picnic at Hanging Rock.

Named due to the shape - there's no rope around!!

Looks like being a mild 25c - 80f.

Perhaps you should head back down and fix that door..

Thumbs up

Kristen - now that's an avatar you can be proud to display. The old one looked like Ron's skimpy avatar. I only have used about 25 different avatars. I've got to work on some new ones .... maybe a turtle eating a frog?

Warren,

When I am in the mood I will get another avatar. I did finally receive the 3 1/2 floppy yesterday but haven't unpacked it yet. I dropped my digital camera yesterday morning and broke the lens. so I spent the morning in at my favorite camera store looking at new ones. I didn't want a big expensive one so got another Olympus with a 7.1Mp and 10 power optical zoom. The new line is just coming out and the old line was marked down and the only difference in what I got and the newer version was it was 8 Mp and had a couple of other things that I never use and cost $145 dollars more. Now I have to spend months getting used to this one. I will spend a good part of the day printing out the instruction manual on it, but so far I really like it. Quite a difference in the 10 power zoom and the 3 power the old one had. And I gave less for this one.

Bernie, you know I'm a working stiff. I have to do the 6:00 to 4:00 to get a check. Wish I could just move to Texas when I wanted to. Hmmm......

Tru,

Go ahead and move to Texas. Kristen and Fred would be happy to help you get located and the weather there can't be much worse than where you are. I don't know what property and taxes are like compared to other places, but it sounds as if it would not be a bad place to go especially since you like hunting so much. And you could go visit all of the people and their CARS!!!

Warren,

I just couldn't find my pink T-Shirt and Thongs. And with the weather we have now that looked good to me. Now if I just lived there.

It has changed a lot over the years. But not that much. That was just one of the sample pictures that came with my computer. I just thought I would load it for a few days to stop Warren and Fred from crying about my small avatar.

Flip,

From my two trips to Hawaii, I really thought the same thing. But I never got to spend more than a few hours at Pearl Harbor either time. I really feel bad for you and Ernie as I sit in here watching it rain and cleaning up the lap top that Warren sent me.

No rain here, but its been below freezing for about 4 days and probably another 4 or 5 per the forecast. So I changed my avatar to warm me up.

Ron,
We have gotten our fair share of rain here lately - nice today though.
Warren,
Yeah man - that avatar should help!

Warren,

I have to borrow that avatar. It is raining here today again and for the first time in over 5 months our weather people got it pretty close. They said showers and rain from yesterday through the weekend and it sure looks as if that could happen. But we need the rain and it has warmed it up quite a bit. Now if I could convince Teddy it is not a crime to sleep past 12:30 AM I would be doing ok. I think i will be going back to bed soon. Really tired and dragging this morning.
