How about a French Frog to keep Turtle company?

Or you could split it with me and I could buy a die cast so I can say I have a Cobra.

Hot here again today. I just came in from 4 hours of mowing and I am beat. A cold shower and I can't hardly sit up. Temperature isn't to bad. Just on 91 right now. I just have to much going on and way to much for my feeble old mind to process and keep up with. Did you know that you can get a ticket even if your seat belt is fastened but you don't have your pants on?

Hey Tru,

Glad that you took the Cobra out.Now Warren will have to start driving. The $3.45 a gallon isn't bad. Ours runs around $3.69.
Also found me two new little Poms today from a breeder in Oregon and that has really helped me more than any car could. A breeder from here that is taking some of hers to a show up there the 19th is going to get them and bring them down to me. Can't hardly wait as this small house has seemed like a 5,000 square foot tomb since I had to have Sherry and Teddy put to sleep. Pictures below.

Thumbs down

Regular at $2.95

Hi-Test 93 octane at $3.25 today.

It was 77 °F today. And sunny! And I'm still limping along, and the Cobra is on jackstands!

I'm not on jackstands, but the Cobra is:
Change the oil & filter
Change the anti-freeze
Put anti-squeek pads in all the Bilstein brakes
Grease the fittings
Safety wire the wheels

I've have not done too much work on the car the last few weeks, due to the groin injury. Its getting better ... I'm almost to the point where I can climb stairs normally, rather than dragging the bum leg behind on each step.

I know YOU'RE not on stands.... using it figuratively....

you know, I've had a lot of thoughts regarding your groin pull, and I've decided it's just best for me not to say anything at allllllll!!!!!!!

but.... I'm sorry it happened, and I'm glad you're on the mend!!!

Kristen,

Thanks for the remarks. I will be getting them sometime after the 19th as that is when this lady here is taking hers to a show in Oregon and she is going to pick them up for me. And no, they aren't from the same group. They won't sell two from the same group as they tell me they will fight all the time and if you have three from the same litter, two will gang up on one. I am really looking forward to getting them as it has really been lonely around here and I have worked on Tasha, Sherry, and Teddy's graves the past week and have them all looking as well as I can in this red dirt. The lady I am getting them from shows hers and she told me the only reason she was selling the female instead of showing her is she has a little bit of under bite and even though that can be corrected, it would still count against her in one of their shows. They are even more nit picky than the car show judges.

Ron

Ron,
I like the one on the left. It's your kind of weather out here today ... just hit 91 °F. UGH

Maybe I'll put my body up on jackstands and get a lube job.

Flip, good call, they are like dusting balls of fur.

Wait until they shed.

Poms don't shed. You keep them brushed. My friends German Shepherd sheds far more than any of my Pom's ever did. Also easy to train. More than can be said for some people on here.

I'm fully trained. I even go to the bathroom indoors!

Up to 93 °F. Short springtime. Guess I should put the air conditioners in the windows.
