Warren,

Nice pictures. When are you going to buy that house? The weather sure looks nice there. I wanted to go for a drive today but hurt my right shoulder some time back and I still can't hardly stand to shift with my right hand. Then this morning my left leg started cramping and every time I tried to push the clutch in it would cramp. Dam I am falling all to pieces. This is the first really nice morning we have had in a long time for going for a ride.

Ron
You should put out a feeler on that house. Its only 7000 sq ft and the assessed value is only $2.1 M. The assessed value for the land is way under priced.

All of the assessments in my home town are on the internet. Here is the page for that house

http://data.visionappraisal.com/QuincyMA/search.asp

Just type in 82 Crabtree Rd

Warren,

I had rather park the cars than put automatics in them. I couldn't afford the place mats for the doors of that house. But that doesn't stop me from liking it.
I went to the drug store this morning to try to find an elbow brace and of course they have none. I can use my knee brace to sort of help with the cramps or wait a day or so until they go away. I really want to take the 69 Cobra down to Bills and then maybe on over to a couple of other places just to look around.

Warren,

By the way, remember your statement that you hadn't driven your Cobra across that bridge so they can't blame you. I just came across something that I had forgotten. When I took mine for my last drive I went across the Pit River Bridge because it really sounds great. Two months later huge chunks of concrete fell out of the roadway and into the lake. But that is just pure coincidence.

Your exhaust probably set up low level vibrations that intensified over time.

I was going to take a ride a little while ago. The temp was only 76°F at noontime. But as I walked outside, it was hard to breathe. The dewpoint is 73°F. The AC is on full blast just to get rid of the humidity.

I checked the sq ft map of the house, and if you removed the roof of the garage, you could slip my entire house into that 3 car garage. I hate rich people.

Rained well last night. The grass actually has a tint of green to it.

Why are car parts often two weeks away from when you need them?

Your rain has made it out my way. I can hear the thunder right now. My lawn is 98% green with just a frosting of brown

What parts you looking for Tru?

Kristen,

That would be large enough to make you a good Summer vacation home. And you would be right on the Ocean. Grab it quick before Warren makes up his mind.

About 1/4 mile away from me. Maybe 1/2 mile. There are about 1200 homes on the peninsula.

House is probably 20 feet above high tide mark. There would never be any flood problem.

You could probably get the house for $2.5M, maybe $3M, but its not for sale right now. The guy bought the land in 2001, blew down the existing house which was really nice, and put up his McMansion.

Property size? Just a little bit bigger than the house. You could cut the lawn in about 15 minutes with a 5 minute break for a drink

Here is another shot of the Cobra in front of that house. You can just see the corner of the house on the left.

After the divorce settlement, call me and I'll get my realtor friend to make him an offer. Maybe free Cobra or Mustang rides for life?????

Ron,
Could anyone own a Cobra and NOT know about San Marcos Pass I live 8 miles from the bottom and love driving it
Paradise Camp is sill there as of 6:55pm 8/6/07 but the fire is or was with in 2 miles of it

Thanks Mike,

Someday I would like to come down there for a day or so to see some of my old hang outs. I think I miss there more than any of the other places I have ever lived and left. I once climbed Mount Baldy which is in the valley just over the pass.
