I found something you might like. Very easy to hunt these fellas. No gun needed. Just a big rock would be enough! :p

Took this shot out of a 2nd story window ....

Warren,

Nice pictures. You really do live in an area that has a lot of history and very nice scenery. Even the Kennedy's can't mess that up. :)

Ron :p

wtm442 10-28-2007 07:35 AM

Guuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuddddddddddd morning world.

The sun is out (at last), time for a quick round of golf, the Patriots will destroy the Skins at 4 PM, I'm having a corned beef dinner at halftime and the Red Sox will get out the brooms for a sweep at 8 PM.

Life is Good!

Question of the day ... will the Dolphins finally win a game ... in England no less. Go Fish!

trularin 10-28-2007 02:10 PM

WARREN, I THINK YOU SHOULD TAKE UP PHOTGRAPHY!

You really do a nice job with the pictures.

Well we were successful with the hunt. There will be meat in the freezer. :D

wtm442 10-28-2007 10:03 PM

Yeah Sox. Another World Series sweep!

Yankee who?

Warren,

How long are you going to be on vacation? Turtle is missing you. I almost bought one the other day except he crawls across the floor while singing this song abut moving slow and enjoying the easy life or something like that.

Ron :)

Turtle can fend for himself. I showed him the picture of the Humpin' Ho Sisters before I left and he was packing his bags for a quick trip to Texas for his vacation. He should show up at Fred's house about April with 50 cents in his pocket ready for a good time with the two-bit ho's.

I'm scheduled for a return on Nov 19th for a doctor's appt, but that could change depending upon the weather.

It got down to 39 F last night. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Only about 45 F now, so no golfing today. I'm a fair weather golfer. I've got friends that will golf while its raining out. Not me.:3DSMILE:

Tru - glad you liked the photo's. I'll post some more later. How's Yukon doin'? All better?

Ron61 10-29-2007 08:42 AM

:)

Warren,

You are going to have to quit playing golf for $5 dollars and start betting millions if you want to catch Tiger. I have seen some golfers actually play when there was snow on the course and they had to use colored balls so they could find them in the fairways. I never played golf at all so am not to familiar with why some of my friends are so dedicated to it. I swear a couple of them would play through a flood if they could. :)

Ron

trularin 10-29-2007 10:40 AM

Ron, I am not sure I can handle two of you with turtles.

Fred, can you send Ron a frog so he can escape this notion of getting a turtle?

Wow, what a day.

:D :D

Yukon is going to have his stiches removed today.

Ron61 10-30-2007 03:54 AM

:)

Tru,

I haven't found a Frog that can hop and sing yet. And I like turtle soup more than frog legs. %/

Ron

trularin 10-30-2007 07:13 AM

I hear ya.

Chilly here, the frost comes and goes. :D

I think Warren will have snow before me.

:D :D

The Mt Shasta Goddess is going to dump her load on your head this winter.

If you liked the shot of the wild turkeys, how about this photo. I was driving along on a narrow road yesterday. I stopped when I saw this front yard full of ducks. Rolled down the passenger window and took the photo while sitting in the drivers seat! Lazy photo, huh?

OK
How about a couple of nice trees for Ron. This one was located on the top of a hill. It looks like the tree has a bad case of the "lumps".

http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...7/DSCN2901.JPG

This tree is supposed to be the oldest tree on the island. They cleared a few acres of land around the tree and made a little park. I took about 30 different shots as I walked around the tree, but this one is the best 'cuz it shows all the many branches going every which way.

wtm442 10-30-2007 11:48 AM

Tried to capture some of the fall color on the island, but its not at peak color yet. But I did find some shots that I liked.

These two photos are for Kristen. I think these would make great summer houses, and I believe she could afford them.

The accomodations are a little rough, but the ocean views are fantastic.

Probably the most photographed part of the island is the cliffs at Aquinnah (formerly called Gay Head).

The first on was taken from the beach at about 3 PM.

http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...7/DSCN2936.JPG

But as the sun sets, the colors on the cliffs become really vivid. This one is taken from the bluff about 50 to 100 feet above the beach.

trularin 10-30-2007 12:01 PM

I do not have to worry about watching the Discovery Channel, Animal planet or any other "the world brought to your screen" type program. I just let Warren go out and take pictures of everything. :D

Warren, they look great. You must of had a good day out and about.

Ron, how's them puppies???

hey,littlecobra 10-30-2007 07:22 PM

lovely, Warren, thanks for thinking of me. ;)
