Fred,
Three months. That is great and congratulations. Boy, that would be something if Josh and Peter could wind up as roommates.
Kristen,
Good luck and I hope they win. It would certainly be a memory for their lifetime. Not many kids when you consider all of the high schools in the country even get close to having a chance to play for the state title.

Rub it in. Its all the way up to 18°F at 7AM. This is weather that Tru can enjoy, but it's too damn cold for me. Guess I'll go BBQ a couple of frozen chickens for breakfast.
Gud morn, cold world. Going to a retirement dinner tonight for my best buddie at work. He just made 40 years to max out his pension .... and decided to retire.
Go Chargers!

It is supposed to rain here today but doesn't look much like it is going to right now. Hope it holds off as I have to take the pups to the doctor. They are just not doing well at all and I am really getting worried about them. This new diet he put them on has them wanting to do nothing but eat. And Sweetheart acts as if she feels so bad she can hardly go. Frenchy wants to play and she wants to also but will just sit and look at him and kind of reach for a toy and then sit back down and act if she just can't get the energy to play at all. Next Monday is French's 1st birthday and I want him home instead of in the hospital if at all possible, but they have to find out what is going wrong.

Ron,
I hope it is just the lingering effects of that Chinese food.Just taking some time to really get over it.
With all the news about bad Chinese products, some Vets looked into dog toys made in China.
They found lead in the paint on a lot of the dog toys !!
I'd sure check it out.

Fred,
No Chinese toys. Just a couple that I got from the AKC for my other dogs who played with them for years. I don't know what caused the intestine to thicken, but he changed their diet from what I had fed my dogs for years and got from him to another type of food and they love it but just seem to want to eat all the time now. And Sweetheart is already over weight. Ken seems to think it could have been an allergy to the food, but if it was, then it had to be some of the darn treats that I got for them as it started just after I got a bag of those treats up at a big pet store. I went back and looked at them and they were made in China so I threw them in the garbage. Just got home and am about to pass out. I had a two hour coma type thing two days ago and am still not over it enough to do much. Don't remember anything at all except coming out of it and spending an hour trying to remember my name and where I was. It is raining lightly, but more than I want to be out in so I will spend the day trying to get my head to stop spinning.

A bit late, but congrats Fred. I smoked for a long time and then quit. But it didn't save me from two heart attacks.
If everyone could feel what that is like, they wouldn't go near them.
SO, Ron, you do not remember wearing that toto and dancing down the street with your tail dragging behind you. That must a been some event.

Thanks y'all for the congrats.
Failed to mention that I also added 22# in the three months.
I turned up the rear shock stiffness 1 notch on the Harley yesterday before the ride to the shop.
More Better.
BTW: Is a 9" Chocolate cake considered a single serving ?
It is a single piece.

I have to imagine that the gain was only because you really could start to taste the food you were eating...
BTW -- I think chocolate cake hits practically every food group ..

Fred
One serving is what shows on the nutritional chart on the box. If there is NO nutritional chart, then ANY amount you chose is one serving (except for the delivery truck size).
I was a bad boy tonight. Cheesecake with fresh strawberries. OMG was that good. I'm glad I do not eat out every night.
Its a nice brisk 20°F outside, and the forecasted hi temp for the next 10 days is 39°F. I'm going on vacation again. Is there anywhere I can rent a Cobra and its warm outside? Maybe I'll sneak down to Texas and visit Pepe and Frenchy.
Spent about 3 hours today on my gallery. Got it down to about 68 MB. Not bad since I was over 200 MB when the limit changed. Still have some more work to do, but at least I created about a dozen albums.

Here it is raining again - not cold but wet. That's what I get for trying
to get my house re-shingled. Plus I am in the process of getting my
garage extended so I can get two more cars in it.
Having a little cherry pie tonight - my favorite! Yummy.
Ya'll have a great day tomorrow!

Warren,
Our high yesterday was 48 and it rained lightly all day and all night last night. supposed to stop today but we need the water. Not enough to help the lakes and rivers but a good soaking for the ground. Since I no longer get out unless I just have to, the rain is kind of relaxing to listen to it.
Flip,
I hope that you have your roof well covered with tarp and nothing gets ruined by the rain. I could have mine re-done in the middle of a 118 degree heat wave and we would have a freak rain storm.

Well we are back on the new server now. Thanks to all of Brents, CWs, and Jamos hard work. Nice to be able to access features that we couldn't on the temp. server.

It actually seems odd. The temp server was up long enough for it to take on a life and feel of it's own.
Well time to get ready for work. I could have definitely stayed in bed this morning
