Fred
Are you practicing bike burnouts? You just bought the bike a couple of months ago.

Maybe the weight of your belly babe blew up the tire?

Warren,

Funny, I thought that Fred must have been doing burn out also to have worn out the rear tire so quickly. Of course he has put a lot of miles on it already. And Frenchy probably slips it out to use when he isn't aware of it.

So, do you need a coupon? I have four printers, all HP. This could save my but on printer cartridge costs.

I am going to try for a lot of things to get done today.

Tru,

Don't over do it just because you have a nice day. We have been having Spring weather and it is still warm but overcast with a possibility of showers tomorrow.

Tru
Around here it was only a ONE day special. There was a coupon in the circular (available inside store). Only 1 of the 4 stores I went to asked for the coupon, so I walked up to the front of the store and walked back and handed the entire circular to the young girl. What a dope!

Raining here again. Time to drag out my plans for the Carroll Shelby Ark.

Lost a good friend this morning. Broke my favorite juice glass.

Warren,

Your driving weather didn't last long this time. I saw that in places in Arkansas, Missouri, and some other states they were getting 6 to 8 inches of rain. I called my cousin in Arkansas and he said they had over 6 inches there and all of his ponds were over flowing and a lot of low places were flooded. He wanted to know if I had a set of pontoons for the Cobra.

It seems that someone tipped off the local bikers that are doing the cook out about BB.

According to the e-mail I received this morning,Biker Babe has been banned.

Not only from the free food but from being within eye sight of those eating the free food.

Warren,
Thanks, it only took eight years to get to 5,000. Your 5,000th post is coming up shortly as well I see.

Tru,
It was only on 4-2-2008, one day only. If you go now you will have to pay $10.00 for a black one and $15.00 for a color one to get them refilled. Still a very good deal when it cost $78.00 plus tax for my color one, if I bought it new.

Fred,
Is this the Harley Dealer on 35 in Lewisville? It seems they are always doing some kind of customer appreciation there.

This is the one on 35 but in Carrollton.
They are both owned by the same person/people.

Yea, I could not remember if it was Carrolton or Lewisville but I think we are talking about the same place.

It is a very nice dealership to say the least.

There is two.
The one in Carrollton is H-D of North Texas. They opened a new store across the road from the old one. That happened in Jan. this year.
The one in Lewisville has been there awhile.

Tru,

Just a shot of how things are all in full bloom around here. No snow.

My crocuses have started to bloom too.

Nice sunset last night, except it was too cold for a Cobra ride.

Fred,
Thanks for the invite, I enjoyed the time at the HD dealership. There are some really nice motorcycles out there for sure.

I had a good time too. Glad it was able to happen.

You're sure right about all the nice scooters. It can be difficult in making the choice. It's all about how you will use it most of the time.
Those Ultra Classics are amazing !

Mine was ready about 1/2 hour after y'all have to go.
The new rear tire sure is nice in the corners.

Great meeting your daughter too... very nice young lady.Must take after her Mom.

Sunday morning and I just want to sleep. Not much going on around here until the Kool April Nights week starts. First show and shines are on April 16th. Warren, here is your new exercise program.

WALKING AND BEER:

A recent study found the average American walks about 900 miles per year.

Another study found Americans drink, on average, 22 gallons of beer a year.

That means, on average, Americans get about 41 miles to the gallon.

Kind of makes you proud to be an American.

Thanks for the pic Ron, I see it is going to go to 60 today.

I am going to get out and get some things done.

I see there are a few places where not all the snow has melted. It should be gone by the end of the day today.

I saw Heston passed on, what a great actor.

Tru,

You will need to get used to all of that heat. When it jumped from the upper 30s to the 70s here I had a day or so that was hard for me to stay out very long. But now I think our cold weather is gone and one of these days we are going to wake up and it will be in the 110+ range for the rest of the Summer.
