Dang Ron, some of these are getting kind of old.
Well, it snowed again last night, looks to be about 3 to 4 inches, nothing major. I took down all but the porch lights, still need to address those. I have little or no inclination to work outside, take too long to get dressed. Are any of you going to a party or calibration tonight beside Ron? :D :D :D |

Ad on TV this morning for Men's Warehouse. Buy one suit and get one free. Very next ad was for Joseph A. Bank Buy one suit and get TWO free. Since I retired I've only worn a suit about 3 times. Used to wear one every day while I was working. Happy New Year - its snowing outside. |
Went to dinner on Thanksgiving at my sisters house. My nephew decided to get a dog. Nice lap dog. These pictures were taken about 5 minutes after I arrived. Ten minutes later he (Jax) was asleep on my lap.

Darn Warren, that is really sad. He was a nice looking dog. But are you sure it was Jax that went to sleep? In that picture you look as if you are about asleep. Well it was sunny and 62 here yesterday and I got to get outside quite a bit. Now this morning it is 38 and mostly overcast. The forecast is for some showers later today but I doubt that. However I sure do notice that abrupt change in temperature overnight. Ron :p |
Its 26°F and snowing. Supposed to stay the same all the way into the next year.
While driving around last week, I found a kettle hole about 2 miles from my house. Never knew what they were until I Googled it. The hole is about 200 ft accross and 50 foot deep. That is interesting. We used to call them sinkholes and many of the ones that I found were cave ins of an old mining tunnel or a cave. Some of them we never knew what caused and they used them for places to dump trash and garbage if they weren't full of water.
Well, I am glad that you are getting the snow and not us. Your 26° sure beats our 38°. Plus we may get a little sun if it can break through. Ron |
