Well I just got back from the post office and my friends garage. The cops have another car in there tearing it apart for drugs. Every morning for the past two weeks they have brought cars down there and arrested the people in them. So far they have found everything from a pound or so of marijuana to 10 bags of uncut heroine and meth by the sack fulls. And almost every car has Washington plates on it. They are transporting that stuff from Mexict to Washington. Also they have located about 10 big marijuana fields around Shasta Dam and are in the process of removing them. I saw on the news that San Francisco now has so much heroine there that the price has dropped from almost $900 a pound to around $140. California now leads the nation in another category. DOPE!!!!

It is supposed to be cooler here today and then start heating back up and possibly be in the triple digits for the weekend. This cooler weather has been nice.

Gee Ron, looks like you might be able to rent out that land you mow and let the people grow "herbs".

You know that will make it hard to go out. Those guys with those fields can be nasty. Watch yourself.

Tru,

They just took out 2 more big marijuana gardens ran by Mexicans yesterday and one of them was just a short distance from an RV Park. They never got the Mexicans as they heard them coming and ran but they left their food still cooking in the tents they had been staying in. And with all of the meth heroine, and cocaine they have been taking from the few cars they manage to stop it is getting really bad up in this area. Some areas are being closed to hikers because of the dangers. Right now things are not going well in this part of the state. Laying off of LEOs and more Mexican drug people moving into the canyons.

Back for a few minutes. I have been so sick the last two days and nights that all I have done is lay in bed. I don't know what is going on but I hurt all over and am so weak I can't hardly stand up. Good thing I am well endowed as I just leave the head of it in the bathroom hanging over the edge of the stool and that way I don't have to get up to go.

Ron, you need to rest up.

No sense in straining yourself.

Tru,

I have did nothing but lay around and be sick for the past two days. I never even went to the post office. Whatever I have, I hope it starts going away soon. All this laying around has caused my hip and leg to hurt really bad when I put weight on them. And this is Friday, so I have lost a whole week. Oh well, it could always be worse.

Joe,

Today is Friday. You are supposed to call in sick and then spend the day at the beach posting on Facebook about what a great time you are having. A woman got fired a few weeks ago from a good job because she did that and her boss read it.

Darn Steve,

You, Joe, and Tru work to much. Time to retiree and enjoy life. It is actually cold here today, just in the mid 60s. But by Sunday it is supposed to be back near or above the 100 mark. These radical temperature changes are hard to adjust to, and it isn't just me.

Passing through...

Just got in from a morning ride looking for some extra slack.

About time for a nap.

Fred,

Now you sound more normal. Don't forget the snack before you rest up for your nap.

Yahoo it is raining!!!

Man we needed rain.

Looks like we are going late on potatoes. Melons will not make it this year. Beans are working on a second run and corn looks good. All the others appear to be "business as usual".

Anyone else got a garden that is producing?
