Here is one from yesterday evening. It was hot today ... got all the way up to 79 ºF. Supposed to be sunny and 81 ºF tomorrow. Only had 3 rides and one car show so far this week. Weather Channel says my area to have sunny or partly cloudy skies with a high temp of about 72 ºF over the next 6 days. Guess I'll have to go for some rides. Maybe I'll take a ride down to Tasca Ford and see John Force. I have not talked with him since 1983 - what a character. Met him at the bar in Gainsville airport and we talked for about an hour.:3DSMILE: Time to give last rites on my tomatoes. What a waste of water. Tough when you have to buy them. |
Warren, I fixed two chainsaws, put the 410 FE motor on the stand and pulled off a bunch of parts, Washed a set of BOSS 351 Chrome valve covers along with the new clutch fork for the 600 and tossed out my old leaky 6 qrt oil pan for the Boss.
It rained the whole time, but I feel like I got somethings done. Your tomotoes didn't do well?? Neither did mine. Deer ate them. Speaking of deer, there was a rather large 10 point in the back yard...hmmm...I may have to hunt this year. :D :D :D |

I have an inner ear problem so I'm a little dizzier than normal right now. :p :p Today was a really tough day ... watched TV, had 3 meals and read a couple of newspapers. Hopefully tomorrow is better - time for a ride :o |

Update on granddaughter
We had her at the Nemur's Childrens Clinic in Jax. last week. this doctor was a lot friendlier and informative. She could not believe the doctor from Nemur's in Orlando said to keep her on the antibiotic for two years and watch the problem............
We go back in October for a test...she said since there have been no more problems it could have corrected itself but the test will show for sure. She said if not, depending on what the test showed, there were 2 courses of action...a shot or surgery....please, keep Madisyn in your prayers.........Thanks, Earl PS. I've been cutting "HOLES" in my body (COBRA) for the last 4 days.........only made one bad cut....followed instructions to a "T" and it is still in the wrong place....luckily it is "inside" the trunk and can be easily fixed. |
