Well so much for the sun. It was very foggy and cold all day yesterday and there is fog again this morning. The fog yesterday reminded me of the fog down in the Fresno area at times and in the Bay Area. It was so heavy and wet I got wet just walking to my gate and you could only see a short distance.

Ron ... know what you mean about the weather . Really screwy here also . Snow 2 weeks ago , then warm , then cold and now they are saying we will get between 4" to 6" of snow/sleet/freezing rain starting Sunday nite and going through to Monday afternoon .... and we normally see only a dusting of snow once every 10 tears ! Today , clear , almost warm and very windy . I`m still going to start up the generator this afternoon just to make sure it`s ok as I went through an ice storm about 5 years ago and had no power for 4 days .
See ya .

Darn Bobcat,

You have it worse than we do. We used to get snow this low about once every 10 years but haven't had enough to cover the ground in the past 12 years. But this darn fog is miserable and as it gets daylight it gets colder. With any luck maybe the sun will burn it off today, but I can't tell if it is cloudy or not.

We are having a heat wave. It is all the way up to 43° this morning. This is our warmest morning in two weeks. Most of them have been in the low 30s and high 20s and some days it never even got into the 40s. I need to go to Alaska to thaw out.

Well it is raining pretty hard here this morning but the weekend is supposed to warm up into the 50s and be sunny. We need a break from the rain, fog, cold mist, and cold wind.

Well the forecast for here is no rain today or tomorrow and a high of 61 then rain again Sunday. I hope they are right as my yards need to have some time to drain the water standing in them. But I would rather have the water than the snow they have in New York and other places back East.

Now Joeg, you need to have someone come down and give a speech on Global Warming. The weather seems weird all over the world. But at least we are better off than Australia.

Looks like London outside my house this morning. Couldn't see for a 1/4 mile, fog was so thick. Made the drive interesting on the way to work. Idiot behind me kept riding up on my ass trying to get me to speed up. I tried to pull over to let him pass but he wouldn't. He wanted to ride behind someone so they got in the wreck, but he wanted to go faster at the same time.

Joe,

That sounds like driving in the Bay Area when the for is so thick you can't see 10 feet in front of you. And they won't slow down. I pulled into a service station at Vacaville one time and asked if I could spend the night in their parking lot as I was afraid to drive in the fog it was so thick and the idiots wouldn't slow down at all. They told me to go right ahead and they would watch if I wanted to get some sleep. Next day when the fog lifted I went on into San Francisco.

Common sense is a disturbingly lacking trait in many Americans these days.

Darn Mike, it sounds as if Spring has already started there. Maybe I should move back down there. It was foggy here all morning yesterday morning but was pretty nice in the afternoon with a high of 61°. And we are suppose to have mostly sun the rest of this week. Maybe my yards will dry out enough that I can walk in them without wearing boots.

We are supposed to have sun and temperatures in the low 60s the rest of this week. But this morning it is on 39° right now. We don't normally have a lot of fog right here in town so this has been an unusual year for that.
