Can anyone help tell me who the manufacturer is?
Hi, sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place. I'm new to forums... I have an old cobra frame with fiberglass body that I'm trying to figure out who manufactured. There aren't any markings except there is a vin plate that starts with "VR" I was hoping you might be able to tell me who it was made by?? Thanks in advance!

If you haven't posted it there yet, you will most likely get more answers by posting it in the All Cobra Talk Forum. There are a lot of knowledgable members that frequent that and other Forums.

Hey Fred & Joe,
What is going on with your Governor? Did you steal one of ours? I don't believe much of what I read in the news any more but he must have done something wrong as much as they are pushing this.

This is how serious Perry and everyone else takes it.

Democrat who is the DA with the public integrity unit was arrested for DWI. Tried using her position to intimidate the cops. Perry said that either she steps down or he will veto the funding. She refused and he vetoed the funding for the division. No one in the the state legislature had any issues. Now she is the Travis county DA. In Travis county a "watch dog" group filed an ethics complaint against Perry for it. So the Travis county DAs office filed the charges. Even top Democrats say it is purely political. If he tries to run for president again they can use that to say the indited Rick Perry.

Yep. Because seriously, who would want a person who used their position as a DA to get out of DWI (.239 Blood Alcohol content, 3x legal limit) as head of prosecution for public integrity cases? Travis county is where the state capitol is and is the main liberal bastion of Texas. No other county would have done this.

Plus she served 45 days in jail for it.
Like Joe said,no other county in Texas would do this.
Travis County ( Austin ) is our California.

Actually she was sentenced to 45 days and served 25. She was released early based on a motion by another DA in her office to the judge that her remaining locked up would serve to hinder prosecution of criminals. So in the end she didn't get it thrown out, but based on her position she did get a reduced sentence. This is the very thing her office is supposed to prevent, but liberals are immune to the law don't cha know.

Oh well, she too will soon pass into history and someone else just as bad will replace her. Texas has a lot of space and you are bound to have some less than stellar people turn up.
I saw on the news that New York is offering businesses that will move there 10 years of free, no tax of any kind, offers. That sounds good but what happens when they decide after 9 years and 10 months they are going to leave and go to another state.

Fred, I was out in the yard and barely felt it. We have a mountain range between us and where the epicenmter was and that buffers out a lot of the costal quakes.

Yea, I have only been caught in two large quakes and both were in the Bay Area. We have some here but not big ones. Most of them are just 1 or 2s and no one even notices them.

Here is the latest that was posted this morning about the NAPA quake. It could have been a lot worse.
