That's awesome Ron. Getting cold here but not much in the way of rain. Should be right around freezing each night this week. If we get the precip this weekend that they are predicting it will likely be in the form of ice. We will see when the weekend gers here.

Joe,
Our weather has cooled down a lot and has just been in the upper 70s and low 80s the past week and it gets down into the high 40s at night. But the lack of rain us what is really hurting us.

Well the nights are getting cool here but after that 4 months of record heat anything below 60 degrees seems cold. It is supposed to rain some this week but so far they keep changing the days so I don't know if it will or not.
Yesterday after it warmed up I took the Coupe for a drive and filled it with gas. I am really impressed with that engine as the acceleration is great. Rebello Racing down near Livermore tuned it and they said if I wanted they could add larger injectors and raise the fuel pressure and get another 50/70 horse out of it but it runs on this crap we have for pump gas and puts out around 530 horse now so I had John tell them to leave it at that. I don't need another 50/70 horse and especially as it only has a 10 gallon fuel cell.

Mike,
How are things going down in Santa Barbara? I would like to get back down there one of these days as I really enjoyed living there, but I know it has changed a lot and the old Paradise Camp is now gone from what I hear. When my Father was working on the Cachuma (spelling) Dam, it was several miles of two way road through brush to get to it. I did get to ride the train they used to haul dirt out of the tunnel through the mountain once and spent a lot of time around the site, but now I hear there is a city at the lake.

Well I have taken the Coupe out for a couple of test drives and it runs great and seems ok. I will have to drive it a few more times before I really start to open it up as I want to find out all of how it handles, what point it breaks loose at and how quickly it does so and all of those little things before I start to drive it hard. I do this with every car I have ever owned.

Joe, Mike, Fred, and all of you have a great Thanksgiving and stay safe. Our weather has taken another about face and is cold with rain in the forecast. The last 6 days of rain we had amounted to almost an inch. Much needed but not much help with the drought.

Thanks Ron. Hope your day yesterday was great. Was supposed to be out hunting today but it took me till last night to figure out why I couldn't get the scope tight. Turned out the mounting rail wasn't installed correctly at the factory. Once fixed got it sighted right in this morning.

Joe,
Well it was nice that it was nothing more than the mounting rail and that you could fix it. Now you can go hunting. Good luck.

Now I gotta get the timing right again. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I will get out there.

Joe,
If your weather stays good, maybe you will be able to get out and do some hunting.

Colder weather is actually better. The deer will venture further out as food sources dwindle.

Joe,
Maybe you will get the weather that you need and can go hunting. I sure hope that you get something when you go. I could use some venison jerky.
