Cobras ignored by Environmental Whackos
Since we can't post new threads, thought everyone would like to know you've been slighted. They stiffed the Vettes, too.
Rush says, ""At the top of the meanest list for 2006 is the Dodge Ram SRT-10." Well, let's just go through the list. The Dodge RAM SRT-10 is the meanest. The Lamborghini Murciélago is the next meanest. The Bentley Arnage, the Dodge Durango, the Dodge Ram 1500 and the Maybach 57-S are all tied in the next position here as the third meanest. The Hummer H2O and the Ferrari F-99 GTB Fiorano and the Ford F-250 Super Duty 5.4 V8 four-wheel drive. The GMC Yukon, the Volkswagen Touareg and the Chevy Suburban all come in tied at the next stop. Now the vehicle I drive, I'm not going to identify it, but is somewhere on that list. I love being honored this way: having one of the meanest cars in terms of its environmental impact, knowing full well how that irritates the socialist environmentalist wackos. I just love it."

Speed220,
You can post new threads. Just go to the Forum you want to post in and at the top left you will see the button New Thread just above the blue line that seperates the posts from all the banners and such.

YOu might want to mention that you can't be in this thread when you are looking for the button.
So, it is like 34 outside and snowing off and on. Light flurries.
The guys dressed up my tach and made a 12 foot pigtail so I can wire it into the car...when it is warm.
Scarry posting anything that might have good info in it, don't know if it is going to survive.

Kristen Update :
I was peacefully watching Hannity & Colmes last night, minding my own business.
The cellphone "rings",it actually plays The Rolling Stones -Start Me Up.
Guess who ? Kristen calling from Austin.
The TCC Spring Meet started yesterday.Goes thru Saturday.
First thought was something went wrong down there.
No problems and the party was going strong.
Just called to give me grief for not being down there.

Tru,
I did say go to the forum which is not having the threads open. As for the information, copy anything you want as none of these posys will be around when Brent goes back to the new server. Of course they will still be on the old one when he has to reactivate it again.
Fred,
To bad you missed the party. Our weather is kind of like Tru is having. No snow here right now but rain, rain, and more rain and the I-5 freeway seems to be closed about 12 miles North of me every other day for a while as they have to get the snow off of it. We are supposed to have a break Sunday and it is only supposed to be partly cloudy with rain coming back Monday and on.

Tru,
What driveway? All the lower part has washed away and all the asphalt I have left is the upper 2/3rds. At this rate it will never warm up enough and dry out enough for Jerry to come and take the old one up and put down a new one. With all that has cracked and gone, I think he should give me a break on the cost as he won't have to remove that part.

Gee, I think I posted this before, but the post got eaten.
Yeah, we have 300 feet of pavement and 700 feet of gravel.

Not really. I saw a post over on his site asking where everyone was and wanting to know when you were going to build that computer for his kids. I asked him if he wanted you to deliver it to Florida in your red truck and that is all I have heard. Guess he is busy trying to get everything situated after the big move.

The Caterpillar has fired up! That thing is LOUD...
but we got a dead cyclinder... #1 to be exact. We're gonna move #6 and #1 Injectors and re-adjust the valves to see if that solver the problem.

Mike,
Just forget the dead cylinder. Bury it and the noise will cover the fact it is no longer there.
By the way, will the next class tear down this same engine and work on it or how do they do it in the school? Maybe they will let you keep it.

Ron, it only sounds like a dead cyclinder when its at slow idle... when Mr. Wolf punched the throttle it went away. They said it had to run, they didnt say it had to run GOOD.
Next years class will tear this one down next year, but it will be the morning classes. On a better note... the thing dosen't knock at all, unlike last year. I think I know what last years class forgot to do on that engine...
I know of at least one engine in PM that I'm willing to put money down that it'll go kaboom... but nobody wants to bet that it will run. That ones out of an early Dodge Ram, its a 5.9 Cummins... if it goes... I'll be getting at least a little part of it thats broken...
