I will be sanding the wood tonight.
Maybe even take a picture.
My wife would say I am too picky, but it did turn out nice.
1000 feet, 750 of it is gravel, 250 is paved. Clearing snow is a chore and takes two tractors, one with a blower and the other has a blade.
Brent is going to need a snow blower or shovel after he moves.

EVER SEE AN ICEBERG FROM TOP TO BOTTOM?
This is awesome!
This came from a Rig Manager for Global Marine Drilling
in St. Johns , Newfoundland
They actually have to divert the path of these things
away from the rig by towing them with ships!
Anyway, in this particular case the water was calm and
the sun was almost directly overhead
so that the diver was able to get into the water
and click this pic. Clear water huh?!
They estimated the weight at 300,000,000 tons.

Lousy weather. Cold and raining and now they say rain for all week. Oh well, just have to stay inside and run up the heating bill I guess. At least it isn't snow.

Tru, isn't that what kids are for?
Actually, we probably won't have to deal with much since we will be staying with my parents while we find a house. Dad has a plow I can use to clear the driveway and it is a short driveway.

Warren,
Now that is cute but the weight is off. Should be 220 pounds. Cold and pouring rain here still this morning. And it is supposed to be this way all week. Really boring sitting inside in this gloomy weather.
Was that license blank and you filled in the writing? I know a good friend that I would like to send one to and see what she says.

Supposed to be sunny here with max of 46 ºF. Too cold for a ride. Its 29 ºF right now.

Nice pic of that iceberg. Of course, my iceberg broke away from the polar ice cap. Its 150 km by 50 km. Lets just tow it down the east coast, and build a big dry dock so we could sell the fresh water. They estimate $3 billion worth of fresh water.

Warren,
Thanks for the link. she should get a laugh out of this. However if you don't hear from me for a few days, it means she didn't think it was funny. I wish they had a selection of pictures and other things so you could design your own license.

So, Warren are you going into the bottle water business??
I'll bet you could sell it to the crew of the Titanic.

Don and I will sell sand to the state and Warren can sell them water from his ice berg. But be sure to sell it to the Govt. as you can get 100 times what it is worth form them.

All right Ron, let's hear about that girl friend.
How long have you two been seeing each other?
Is she the reason you suddenly leave for a day or two and then return, "tuckered out"????

Tru,
I wish. She is my best friends wife and we have know each other for 50 some years. They take care of me when I am unable to and have for many years. When I am gone, they get everything I have. Problem is, Jack keeps trying to rush it.
My old girl friend lives in Paradise up in the mountains and we hardly ever see each other any more.
Lousy night and weather. Here I am up at 1 AM and I never went to bed until 11 PM, but my nerves are so bad the medicine just won;t calm them down and I am better off up moving around than laying in there trying to sleep and just getting more nervous.

Well, Fred, does it work or not? I always have problems with things that start out by saying trust us.
