Yes, our rain total for the year is the lowest it has ever been since they started keeping records. This is going to be one bad Summer I am afraid. already one pretty big fire up North of here but they got it out in a couple of days. The dust and pollen here are just really bad. Almost like being in the desert as my eyes sting and water from the dust the wind is blowing, and yes, we are having a lot of wind also.

It is 86 and overcast and the humidity, though not to bad is starting to get sticky. I had to go to Redding to get my medicine and I was almost throwing up by the time I got home. Of course forgetting to take my nerve medicine before I left had a lot to do with that. Another of those old age things.

I am pooped!!!!
Cut trees, watered trees, planted trees...okay, I have had enough of trees for a while.
What are you all doing? Keeping out of the heat?
I may do a Warren and take a nap before I wipe down the Cobra.
Need a little car action to counter all the work I've been doing.

It is pouring down rain. Rained a good bit last night, and then started all over again today. Very thankful.
We need every drop.
I suppose the baseball game for tonight will be canceled. Good on that one, too.
Have a graduation party to attend this evening. Not thrilled, but it will be a nice party and something different for D and me.
Clois (from Tulsa, Run n Gun, etc.) was in Dallas today, so I met up with him and Jay at a automotive speed shop just 15 minutes or so away.
Nice chat, then off he went, back home to Tulsa area. Jay and I had a nice visit after that.
I am 'fine tuning' my driving experiences, and we had a nice chat about Tulsa and tracks, and Run n Gun and track.
Sustained by driving experiences- even if I have to move mountains to make them happen.
gotta go!

Hey I was in a dive a little bit earlier today and saw this sign and got a good laugh.
THANK YOU FOR NOT SMOKING
Cigarette smoke is the residue or your pleasure. It contaminates the air and pollutes my hair and cloths not to mention my lungs.
This Takes Place
WITHOUT MY CONSENT
I have a pleasure also. I like BEER now and again. The residue from my pleasure is URINE. Would you be annoyed if I stood on a chair and pissed on your head and cloths without your consent?
LMAO I am still laughing

The last time I was in one was about 1982 ( no kidding).
But I do have some fond memories.
I seem to remember to there were a few dancers that got me smoking.

Tru,
Looks like you need to check out Alabama for your next Wild Boar Hunt.
"BIGGER than Hogzilla!
Just outside Anniston, Alabama on Thursday May 3 2007, an 11 year old boy kills 1,051 lb. wild Feral hog. The pig was over 10' 7" long. The hog was taken with a Smith & Wesson customized .50 caliber revolver shooting 350 grain bullets. The 11 year old boy is Jamison Stone.
The feral hog is definitely one of the biggest, if not the biggest ever taken by an 11 year old and Jamison is now looking for a big shotgun and hoping Dragons are real."
