Ron - liked the Can't Fix Stupid stuff. Too bad the honorable mention was near and dear to my heart. One night while cruising the local hang-outs while we were in high school, Albert Einstein in the passenger seat lit a M80 blockbuster and threw it out the window at some friends ... but the window was rolled up ....

KABOOM

My ears were ringing for about 3 days, but nobody died. We were in my 57 Chevy convertible.

Sold it for $350. Bawawawawawawawawawawawawawaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Darn Warren,

That friend of yours must have been trying to get you both on the Darwin award list. Just be happy it wasn't a stick of dynamite.

Kristen,

Your rain would sure be appreciated around here. Everyone is scared to death that a fire may break out and after 5 years of none, and this last dry Winter, it would be very hard to fight in these canyons. They sent some of our fire fighters to help out down at the one going now as it jumped their fire lines.

Yesterday afternoon the streets dried between the waves of the Texas Monsoon.I was able to take it out for the second time since buying it.I noticed I was a lot more relaxed this time and was able to enjoy the experience more.

We went to see The Police in concert last night.
They were absolutely Great. They really put on a show !!!
Sting,Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland played and sounded just as good as they did 30 years ago.Hard to believe they split up that long ago.

Heading out for 2nd ride.

Fred,

Nice picture and I bet you are happy to have a dry day. Sounds strange to me since we have wanted rain for the past 7 months and haven't had hardly any. Now when do we get to see the picture of you burning the back tire and creating a big smoke cloud?

My New Mascot preparing to have lunch.

I know that I shouldn't post this as it is going to tick someone off but what the heck. I just received it in an e-mail and it isn't anything that I made up.

The difference between a Republican & a Democrat

Fred Thompson and Hillary were walking down the street when they
came to a homeless person. The Republican, Fred Thompson, gave the homeless person his business card and told him to come to his office for a
job.

He then took $20 out of his pocket and gave it to the homeless
person.

Hillary was very impressed, so when they came to another homeless
person, she decided to help. She walked over to the homeless person
and gave him directions to the welfare office. She then reached into
Thompson's pocket and got out $20, kept $15 for her administrative
fees and gave the homeless person $5.

Now, do you understand the difference?

Ron

No rain in sight, and it's 97°F

Probably get some big thunderboomers this afternoon. They seem to appear out of nowhere, just like mid Florida at 3 PM.

Nice pets Ron ... they look a lot better than Frenchy, especially in a 5 speed blender. What the heck is Primo 303 ??????

Just renewed my license over the internet. Took me about 45 seconds. Boy do I wish for the good old days when we went to the registry and waited in line for at least 90 minutes.

Hey Fred - I wonder what it's like on a Harley during a Texas downpour. Can you just go about 60 MPH and stay relatively dry like you can in a Cobra?

Amazing - just last night I told a friend that the only thing the gov't does is redistribute money amongst the people after they have taken their salary. And they do a lousy job of it besides.

There is only 1 department in the US Gov't that I like ... the passport department. The only dept that supplies a service and makes money!

Warren,

That Primo 303 is some stuff that you are supposed to be able to spray on rubber, leather, fiberglass, & etc, then wipe it off and it will repel dust. I have 5 little spray bottles of it that I got in a goody bag at some car show and have never even tried it on anything. I think it is basically supposed to be like Armor All.

it will repel dust

Then spray it on the furniture in the living room.

Tru - did you miss your doctors appointment again?

Can you hear the thunder coming? I can, and its loud.

We are having a cool wave also. Just got up to about 93 yesterday and is mostly overcast and around 90 right now. The high for today is supposed to be 98. I was going to clean the Coupe but am just to lazy.

And he walked out into the evening and looked up to the heavens. His arms rose as he addressed the spirits, "Oh powerful one, bless me with the instrument of revenge."

And before him a bolt of lighening dance an outline in the rock as the hair on the back of his head stood on end.

Suddenly the lightning stopped and a silver dragon with two black stripes down it's back stood before him...and grinned.

I like the way this book has started.

yea, I just want to see the other 80,000 words.

Sounds good so far.

I have been writting programs all day... Actually for about a month now I have been working on a new workbook for the business. Here is an example:

=IF(D10=G5,SUM(B10*G6,0),(IF(D10=H5,SUM(B10*H6,0), (IF(D10=I5,SUM(B10*I6,0),(IF(D10=J5,SUM(B10*J6,0), IF(D10=K5,SUM(B10*K6,0),IF(D10=L5,SUM(B10*L6,0),IF (D10=M5,SUM(B10*M6,0),0)))))))))

There are thousands like this!

whew..............

Steve - that's a simple one. Here is a formula from my weight reduction program:

=IF(F28=0,"",IF($I$29>0,+VLOOKUP($I$28,$V$14:$W$26 ,2),+VLOOKUP($I$28,$V$32:$W$44,2)))

Tru - there are many silver dragons with black stripes, including mine. Glad to see you out and about. Too much writing destroys the mind. Did you take a blast down Main St?

Too much work today - planting more annuals, weeded all the flower and veggie beds, new layer of mulch, washed my daily driver and oil change & grease job ... added some Freon to get AC working. Shopped for clothes, did some food shopping, took a 3 hour ride in the Cobra, cooked dinner (pasta and stuffed red peppers), trimmed my Japanese maple.

I also had to practice my short burnouts in a deserted parking lot. Got to get ready for the parade Wednesday. It will be the 96th annual parade in my section of town. Gee, if I did any more today I'd feel like Kristen ....

You can call me "Speed Limit" on Saturday.

hehehe. aren't you funny!
I did do a lot of scrapbooking today. that was nice....
along with taking #3 to basketball camp, and picking up #4 from horse camp.... (thank heavens for carpool!)

boys get home from Scout camp tomorrow. I'll drive a couple of hours (leave at 7 am) to bring 6 + me home from camp. They've always taken the church bus, but the bus died and was shot on the side of the road at Spring Break. Now they use the church van and parents' cars. bummer. Since I have the suburban, I got 'elected'. Another dad took them down last Sunday, so I'm going to pickup tomorrow. It has been a monsoon all week, so i'm sure the boys themselves will smell mildewy, if not just their shoes! peeeuuuuu!!!

mildewy boys sneakers are the worst!!!! gross!!!

so tomorrow is busy, somewhat.
I'm looking forward to my first 4th of July parade next week. I think there are 3 or 4 cobras. Cool!!!!

Warren,
yea it was an easy one, it was just time consuming putting together. I have a few that are real doosies. Several are about a hundred characters long. It puts a smile on my face when I hit enter and actually get the answer I was looking for. LOL, In some cases the answer is ("").... Nothing

Kristen
How do you get it all done?
