Kristen,

This is Friday the 13th. You mean you will take a chance on scrap booking on a day like this? Not only busy but daring too.

Going to retirement seminars....

How much planing does it take to spend your time hunting and driving the Cobra.

Not to mention spending your childrens inheritance..

Bernie,

I think that Kristen's idea of resting is having a drink as she drives between different things she is doing. True is just going to the retirement seminars to make the rest of us jealous.

Bernie - the only retirement planning necessary is when you wake up in the morning and say "What shall I do today?"

Ron - regarding your wishful rides - which do you want to ride first .... the brunette or the blond?

Warren,

At my age, I was referring to the cars. Sad but true.

My condolences Ron. Is that why you got the puppies? The only one that will lick your face? At least you do not have any french kissing frogs.

Its 88°F and climbing fast. Hopefully the temp will be cooler this weekend. Weather channel still says 84°F for todays high temp.

Our 5 day forecast is for the highs to just be 97 to 99. I sure hope they are right as this last two weeks has been miserable. We did set a heat record though.

After taking the pups to the vet and having them fixed they don't even play with each other, let alone me. I can't believe the difference it has made in Frenchy.

Edited to add Warren's car secrets: How he keeps his car clean and who actually does all the work he claims he does on it.

Ron
If that was my pit crew, the Cobra would always be broken!

I'm sure they could fix my problem (temporarily), but I'm not so sure about fixing the Cobra problems. To tell you the truth, I would not care. Get another Cobra to drive and leave one for them to fix.

But I'm really not so sure if they would get along with my avatar .... or my long lost mechanic - the one with the white blouse under the car ... where did I put her?

Time for a cold shower! No rain here! Just ran out of Miracle Whip! Got to go shopping!

Bernie, I am calling Todd, he is going to have to read this thread.

You know he was banking on you leaving everything to him...even the Cobra. I will have to tell him you are leaving it to me.

Okay, Ron does not work, my error.

Left for a 60 minute ride at 5 PM. Got home and the clock said 8:15 PM. I must have been abducted by aliens to lose that much time.

What a nice ride, especially the sunset.

Warren,

Nice pictures as usual. You weren't abducted by aliens. Maybe some from California but certainly not from space. What would they want with a retarded civilization like ours. If they offer to pay you to vote for them then they are definitely from out here.

Warren,

How in the world can you get lost in your yard? You don't need a GPS system. Just look for the ocean.
