I missed last night, so I am hoping I can catch up tonight and not be totally in the dark.

Welcome back Kristen. Looks like I am going to be a part time sort-of neighbor to you soon. I just bought a house in Grand Harbor, Montgomery, TX. It is on the south west side of Lake Conroe and will be a spring fall
home for us since I won't be leaving Hawaii. It is just a little south of
Dallas. LOL.

Flip,
Kristen must think the neighborhood is going to he** fast with you moving in. Are you going to take your Cobra with you when you are staying in Texas?

Ron,
I may try to find a Cobra to keep there. I won't be there much this year,
but starting next year I plan on semi-retiring which should give me more
time there. I'm looking forward to meeting the Cobra folks there and being
able to actually drive somewhere other than circles!

Flip,
Only in Texas would 200 miles be a little south of Dallas.
It is a beautiful area down there !!
Right on the southwest edge of The Sam Houston National Forest.
Not far from Cut And Shoot or Point Blank.Pretty peaceful small towns during the week.

There is a very active Houston group.
During the Fall they have a big weekend gathering at Lake Conroe.

Thanks Fred,
We really weren't planning on buying on our exploratory mission, but fell
in love with the area and were hooked when we found our home (this was
after looking at about 50 different homes) so I pulled the trigger. No
regrets, can't wait to get back.

Flip,
It sounds as if you have found a really nice place. And I am sure that you won't have a hard time finding a Cobra to keep there. You know they drive in circles in Texas too, just big ones.

JUST 6" and you are complaining. Send it on down to Warren. He enjoys using his snow blower.

I have Allstate for my insurance also. Why not have Flip get two Cobras and I can keep one for him out here so he can have it to drive when he goes on vacation from Texas. Besides I am closer to Hawaii than you are.

Tru, I am thankful.
She keeps us all in line here. She also contributes here quiet a bit.
HLC needs to stay longer when she is here.

I agree with you Steve. I know she is busy, but I miss her posts and the problem that happened won't happen again I am pretty sure. Darn, she will sure be posting if she reads this and sees my grammar.

Tru,
You better get your long handles. Does your tractor have a heated cab?
