Ron,
Good to see it is not the hips on the pup. Hopefully she will do better on the food and the pancreas will get better.

Had beautiful weather yesterday. We spent the day outside with our neighbors. Had a BBQ, and lots of fun. today it is supposed to rain, so I really need to get motivated and go change the oil in the truck before it starts.

Joe,

Sweetheart is most likely going to have to have surgery on her hind knee to pin that bone like my last two Poms had to have. Frenchy has the panceratitis and he isn't doing at all well and I am going to take him back to the vet in the morning and leave him as he is just hurting to much and needs something besides that change of diet to start getting rid of that as it seems to be getting worse. My Mother almost died from it. I wish the vet was open today and they are on call, but can't do anything without taking blood and getting the lab results back to see just what kind of medication they will have to use to start getting that under control so there is no reason to pay the big emergency fee to take him today. If they could do anything today that would help him I would take him in.
Our weather has been just great the past two days and I am going tom have to mow again. It was so warm yesterday afternoon that I almost turned the air conditioner on.
I have about 3 weeks left on my contract with my ISP and then I think I am going to just drop off the Internet. It has been fun and I am happy to have got to post and talk to many of you, but I just don't feel that I belong here any more. This is a club for people with cars and I don't have one. And as one person told me, they should block me from the club as I don't have one so I will save him the trouble of going to CW, Jamo, or Brent.

Ron

Many years ago in Scotland, a new game was invented. It was ruled 'Gentlemen Only...Ladies Forbidden' ... and thus the word GOLF entered into the English language.

I don't have one either, and I don't care what that person says. I want one and I am going to continue to immerse myself in them and people that know about them. If you like the cars, then you belong here. Besides you still have a car, just because it is in the shop does not mean you no longer have it.

Ron,
I sold my car in 12-02, I could care less about someone telling me I do not need to be on this or any thread because I don't have one. This site is for car enthusiast not just car owners.

As we say in Texas about or TCC, "It is not about the cars, it is about the people". You are a fixture on this website and it should remain that way. Screw the guy that tells you, you should not be here. I mean consider the source for crying out loud. It seems the losers always scream the loudest to get what they want. Some are just adult babies and need a trip to the woodshed with Gramps Razor starp!!

Our flock has already been thinned as it is. Don't be next Ron, You are better than that!

Warren,

I will be so glad when you get some sunshine up there. All this snow is starting to go to your head---again. Where do you get this stuff

I think you may be running low on Vitamin D. All snow and no sunshine makes Warren a stir crazy fella

I hate most of the fools with various body piercing thru their nose and tongues, but this one I approve 100%.

The wife wouldn't go for that one when I suggested it for some reason.

Need to change the subject!

Here is why jumping on a trampoline in my back yard is a hazzard.

That's 2 six points, and three eight points.

Steve, you didn't drive the car very much at all.

You need something like Warren has so you can tool around and get some miles in.

Warren? How many miles on your car?

The damn sump-pump went south after 8 years. I really would like to get something that last like 20 years...other than my marriage.

Yea I know I sold the car way to soon. I think you know the story as to why I had to sell it. There is something to be said about having 40 and 50 thousand dollar a month legal bills coming in.

I think if (when--if) I ever get another one it will be an SPF. They are very drivable cars. I like the Kirkham's as well, but I will never pay $100K for one. I am not saying they are not worth every dime. Just that my priorities have changed a hell of a lot in the past few years. In fact I just went and edited my profile of what is in the upper right corner of my post. I love the Kirkham's, but they are just out of my price range anymore. Ahh the good old days.......

Tru,
Geeze that is a great shot in your back yard. But that must be an old picture as I thought you have been telling us for weeks you are under the snow right now. How old is the pic? I think that is so cool when the deer come in like that. You should put a feeder in the back yard.

Tru
Great pic. My brother-in-law is on his way with bow and arrow.

About 13K miles on my SPF. I average between 2500 and 3000 miles per year in the Cobra which is MORE that I put on my daily driver.

Dang it is chilly outside.

Did you all see the news about the rise in cost of food?

I think we are going to be canning even more this year.

Yep
I originally lost 95 pounds, and then I stopped smoking about 2 1/2 years ago ... and have gained back about 75 pounds.

Got to lose the weight ... its a lot better in the SPF bucket seat at the lower weight.

Its all the way up to 32°F.

Yea Red Sox, first win.

Nice picture Tru. I got a call from Fred yesterday and he is enjoying his trip so far. He was going to stop at some historical site that afternoon. He said the weather was perfect and he had been riding in his shirt sleeves. It has been warm here and I actually ran my fan yesterday evening for quite a while. Today after the dew is gone I need to mow again.
