At least its not raining, but its still cold here. Time to nuke my coffee.

Warren,

How many millions did you win in all of that backed up e-mail? We have some light overcast but the sun is out and it is supposed to be around 68/72 degrees today.

My email tends to get to about 1500 in a month if I don't keep it all cleaned out. I have several different folders I store the ones I need to keep. I still go through those and clean them out every couple of months.

Fred,
Yes, our daughter is just like her mother, and that is a good thing.

Today we are going to grill out, again. We grilled last night and MMM was it good so we decided it is grilling season around here.

Only about 40°F here today. No money hidden in my e-mails.

Did anyone see the crash during NASCAR qualifying? Race is starting about 2 PM on Fox.

Lil Stevie, its way past your bedtime. If you do not go to sleep immediately, I will be forced to read you another bedtime story.

Warren,
Interesting you brought up Nascar while I was thinking about your diet.

I heard that when you go to a buffet they give you a restricter plate.

No. But one time when I was at a trade show in Houston, I went with 4 other guys to an all you can eat Chinese Buffet on a Saturday about 1 PM. All of us are rather large! The owner tried to kick us out at 4 PM, but we stayed for supper! Place was about 5 miles from the old stadium next to a Denny's on Rte 10. Boy, did we eat them out of business! Each of us spent about $20 on booze, but ate $50 to $75 worth of food.

Well, yesterdays nice day went downhill quickly. Around 2 P.M. it started clouding up and we had some rain showers. So I watched the race at Texas instead of working in the yard. Those new spec cars are proving to be pretty tough and don't shed parts like the others did. I was watching the qualifying when that one hooked and hit the wall so hard. It took them almost an hour to repair the steel wall as it pushed it back almost a foot they said. But it sure said a lot for the safety of the car and other safety measures. I hope they will publish the impact figures as they had to be on the high end.

Steve,

I think that is Warren's personal library. He hides all of his real books so people won't know what he actually reads.

There is a great feeling of wonder in reading what someone has written in a effort to entertain the reader.

Gee Tru,

You mean all of this stuff is for entertainment and not knowledge? Now I am confused.

Warren,

That is quite a way for him to entertain himself. Mine seem to be doing well now that Frenchy is over the Pancreatitis. I have to take them in the 23rd for follow up blood work and x-rays. I spend half my time getting the stickers and burs out of their hair now. I think when I take them in for the tests I am going to have their hair cut.

That dog toy is awesome. I need one.

As far as the Nascar crash, Fox showed it on Sunday with the ambient audio from around the track and it was actually scarier.

Joe,

I didn't know that you liked to chase balls around in the floor. If we get you one of those machines will you post the video of you playing with it?

As for the crash, I saw that on Sunday too and hope they will make public the G-Force of the crash. That crash sure says a lot for the safety of the cars and the safer wall also helped a lot.

Tru,

I don't even know if we still have a Walgreens here. There used to be one but it closed and either moved or just left.
I just looked in the phone book and they do show one on Cypress Avenue, so I guess that is where they moved to. Not a good location as it is a narrow street and one of the busiest in Redding, so it takes forever to get a half mile.
