Yea, damn why didn't I think of that.
I really did not put a lot of time into figuring it out yet.

Vista will be what you all end up with in the next year or two.
Something you will want to do will require you to have Vista and WHAM, you are a vista user.

Good Morning everyone.
My last change in OS was a huge jump from Win95 directly the WinXP. Do you think I'm going to intentionally upgrade to Vista? Nooooooooooo.
Hey Tru - come on over - it got down to 33°F last night. Forecast is for 60°F this afternoon. Hmmmmmm.
Time for some breakfast.

The new replacement for Vista has been under development almost since they released it. I think they have some secret code name for it, but it will likely be called DOORS with no Windows in them.

Well, our wind has started to slow down and that is really letting it get hot and humid now. But it is to late in the afternoon for me to want to get out and do much. Besides my stomach is just now starting to feel better from the nerves heat stroke so I don't want to get it all messed up yet.

It may be cool, but it did get up to 62°F when I left for a nice 3 hour drive to nowhere. I actually got lost for about 45 minutes. Took some side roads that I've never been on. Just got back and its 54°F. Think I'll have a bowl of soup to warm me up. Drove thru the downtown section of a city south of me, and set off at least 6 car alarms. Felt soooooo good, I went back 30 minutes later and set them off again. Fun for the feeble minded. Beam me up Scottie!
Took a few pics - film at 11. Boy, one blast from 50 to 90 MPH in 3rd is invigorating. Half a dozen are fantastic. Smile is still frozen.

Wow, my first morning up that I am not sick from Mondays heat stroke and now I have to go through the nerve thing to keep from blacking out. But if I stay inside out of the heat I should be able to recover most of what I lost in another week. No more cars, traveling, or doing much of anything but staying home from now on. I can't say I look forward to that with a lot of interest.

Sounds like a hell of a retirement. Turn up the TV, get spare batteries for the remote, and a couple of books and magazines in the bathroom.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Get better.

GMW,
Up early. Not much going on today. May go to the store and then just lay around and watch the races. Weather is nice now that the wind has kind of quit.

Well, after 3,243 miles in the last 16 days,my a-hole and the saddle on my Harley are now on a first name basis and best buddies.
Combine this Leg with Leg #1 the last part of March,(1,176 miles),this is like riding from Dallas to San Diego and then onto Portland,Maine.
Time to rest up for a little while.

Fred,
Nice to see that you made it back ok. Now start posting some of the pictures that you took.
I had forgotten that today is the Damboree Day parade and show. So I may as well plan on walking down and looking at the cars as they will have the Blvd. blocked until noon.

Boy, nothing gets by you Texans does it? Wonder if he paid his bail with a check.
FORT WORTH, Texas - Charles Ray Fuller must have been planning one big record company.
The 21-year-old North Texas man was arrested last week for trying to cash a $360 billion check, saying he wanted to start a record business, authorities said. Tellers at the Fort Worth bank were immediately suspicious — perhaps the 10 zeros on a personal check tipped them off, according to investigators.
Fuller, of suburban Crowley, was arrested on a forgery charge, police said. He was released after posting $3,750 bail.

I wonder if it was his check...or one of Warrens?
He's got that kind of money.
Well, I think I am going to put up some vinyl on the last out building and start the tractor conversion process.
My corn doesn't look all that good. I think it maybe the heat.
Anyone planting anything?

Tru,
What are you doing to the tractor? Taking off the snow plow and getting it ready for the Summer. Supposed to reach 90 here over the weekend.

Planting anything? Not yet! Weather has been lousy. Like today, 47°F and raining. Same thing tomorrow.
First things first. Guess I want to make planting season easier. Think I'll go buy a small roto-tiller. Anyone have any suggestions?
Oh yea ... GMW. If I had slept another hour it would have been "GAW".
Welcome back Fred. Glad you had fun and got back safely.
$360 billion. Just a drop in the bucket. Reminds me of the time my father got a check from P&G for store coupons (he owned a grocery store). The check was for $9,999,984.00
Somehow, they subtracted the $16 that was for the coupons from 10 million. Weird. He framed the check and hung it on the wall.

I almost forgot. Three cheers for the Dow Jones Average. Money, money, money.
Nothing like a couple of dynamite days to make this lousy weather seem better.
