Looks like a wet cold weekend here - down to 74 and rain all day
today and much the same tomorrow - bummer. No skydiving, no
Cobra ride.

It is going to be a cool but partly overcast Sunday here. I will try to take the dogs for their runs and then don't plan on doing anything at all. Tomorrow I have to drive my neighbor in and leave him to have a clostophry, (spelling), and then go pick him up once it is over and he is ready to come home. Hopefully that will be my last trip this week as all I want to do is stay home.

Go Chargers. After the next game, do they get a shot at Texas Tech? I never knew that a football team from Texas would play a basketball team from Oklahoma. Amazing.
Its a balmy 20°F outside. Anyone have any brass items that need to be frozen?

Well yesterday turned out nice but this morning I feel cruddy for some reason. I'll be OK in a bit. I am thinking I need to take Warren and Fred's advice and go take a morning nap.
I was only two when Kennedy was shot. I am sure I was asleep at the time. It would have been interesting to see what he could have accomplished. Yea, he was a Kennedy, I know!

Good Monday Morning and Goodbye for the day I think. I have to take my neighbor in for his thing today and then go get him when they are through. Since I will be driving his new Honda and it is full of gas, I have a few things that I need to do so I may do them while I am in there. Then since I have no idea how long it will be before he is ready to come home I will have to stay close to that house and a phone. I have my laundry in so I can at least get that done.
It is somewhat cool here this morning. Low was37 and it is supposed to have a high of 60 today with possible showers tomorrow. But they have been saying that for every other day for the past month and still nothing but cold, wind, and clear skies.

Well, my wife took a nice six point yesterday evening. A fine shot, she placed it dead on.
\
I do not have a picture, but she was excited.
Each night is about 10 to 18 degrees. Each day it is up in the air.
The new TV is GREAT!!!! We picked up a small RCA player, works great.
Dang, I worked a lot over the weekend.

Nice to have a wife that hunts with you.
My wife has always been my fishing partner. She has outfished me on more than one occasion.

Sounds great. Looks like you can retire anytime.
I "bagged" two pieces of flat end brisket this afternoon. I did not see any NO HUNTING signs in the supermarket, and one was marked down $4.50 and a second one marked down $5.50. Best part is that they are already cleaned and skinned.
Just filled up the Merc with unleaded reg - self service - cash
$1.81 a Gallon
I think we should march on Mobil-Exxon headquarters. String them up for not making excessive profits.
Oh, wait a minute ... its all because we elected the Messiah. That's why the price has gone down dramatically.

Saw $1.69 today for 87 octane today. I run 93 in the mustang with the tune it has, so still $1.90ish for me.

It is cold this morning. I forgot to turn the heat on before I went to bed last night and woke up freezing. Weather.com says it is 29° this morning.

Joe,
This is our warmest morning in two weeks and we have a SERVE Weather alert. Forecast, Possible SPRINKLES in the mountains and a high of 58/64. Boy are we getting into Warren's league now with Severe Alerts for weather that may include a few sprinkles. Kind of shows just how bad the drought out here is.

Hoora! I finally slept till the right time this morning. Woke up at 4:59 just like I have been for the last two decades or so. Feels good to be back on schedule.
It is supposed to be n the 70's here today. Hard to believe this is almost December. Shorts and a golf shirt today. Yuk. Where is the cold weather?
Ron,
How are the pups doing?
OH and BTW:
Happy Birthday Fred!
