I can just imagine what will be happening 10 years from now!
I have jumped the recent generation of wing suits which are gravity
powered but can definitely keep you in the air for a lot longer than the
usual freefall. Technology is sure awesome!

With one of those winged suits, can one create a stall?

His (the guy with the jets) suit flew and wait a few years they will probably look like Buzz Lightyear's.
bomelia,
Yes you can stall them but it is no big deal, just go in a little dive and get
your airspeed up and off you go. Not like a flat stall in a supersonic jet or
anything. The page Buzz referenced has pretty good info on the wing
suit itself. Patrick D spent a lot of time in Hawaii jumping boards and
wingsuits. Unfortunately a bad mistake on a wingsuit alteration cost him
his life here several years ago. He who hesitates shall inherit the earth.
