Unhappy Should Have Saved A Few Of these

Well, after reading this I guess I should have saved a few of mine. Darn, you just never know what is going to become really expensive later on. Wonder what my mint $10 Gold piece will be worth in another 100 years.

And some people were saying that $5M for a Cobra was rediculous. To each, his own. Now if I could find a few of those old base ball cards, I would be quite willing to part with them for a million or two.

Sorry Ron - I was not around in 1909 like you.

All of my baseball cards got ripped up when using them as noise makers in the spokes of my Schwinn bike or were lost to buddies flipping cards against the school wall.

I remember my father telling the story about funny looking pennies they saw in the cash register of his business. It was 1955. The funny pennies were 1955 double struck. He said that he probably had 5 rolls of those pennies and gave them out as change. Each mint condition penny is now worth over $1000.00

This is like any other thing. Time will add or subtract value to it.

Think of the first Superman comic book, or an original painting.

Yes, I wouldn't mind having something of extreme value.

Warren,

Darn, I knew back then that I should have saved that picture I took of the Chicago Black Sox when they were all together just before they were banished from baseball.
