Bag Chair with awning
I was at a car show and saw someone sitting in a folding bag chair. I've seen some with extending leg rests, but this one had a built in shade awning attached to the chair. I was in the middle of doing something, and when I got back, the chair was gone!
Just did a few Google searches and could not find anything.
Does anyone know the brand name(s) of such a chair? I like my $10 bag chair ... but having shade wherever you sit would be really cool at the car shows.

Not quite. It was a single chair and the shade awning was maybe 2 foot wide and 3 foot long and mounted to the back of the chair.
Thanks

I thought this was a thread about Hillary... I couldn't figure out the awning part.

Warren, I do not see how you are going to get to that $10.00 price on any of the suggested chairs.
Perhaps you could design one that fills you requirements.
Just a suggestion.

Fred
I also found the one on the Taylor Gift page while the site was down. I did not get to your message until today. That is the chair I saw. Looks good, but that umbrella looks good too.
Thanks everyone.

I use the clamp on umbrella.
Bought several dozen at Wal-Mart several years ago now.
I was going to a car show every weekend back then.I was into my second summer of sitting in parking lots with NO SHADE.
Saw a ad for them on sale.Went in and bought just about everyone they had.
I'd carry an extra 5-6 with me to the car shows and sell them with zero effort.Folks were begging for shade.

I have the 10 x 10 canopy and can sit under it without sun.
Perhaps you should get one of those Warren, then young ladies will flock to your...shade.

I do have a 12 x 12 canopy. I used it over the Labor Day weekend at the car show. But it is BIG. It will slide into the passenger side of the Cobra, but its too big, too heavy for all car shows.
I'll probably order that seat with the shade awning, and maybe an umbrella, just for grins!
Time for a ride. 76°F and sunny outside.

But I do not have a golf umbrella. Maybe I'll get one of those hats with the small umbrella attached to it. I saw one this summer and laughed my a$$ off.

I remember seeing one that you wear and two of the panels are clear plastic so you can see through them. Funny thing to see someone wear.
I suppose the chair with the canopy would cost as much as a gulf umbrella.
NOW, if you got an umbrella with "COBRA" across the panels...

I did buy a Cobra hat from the golf manufacturer (Cobra Golf Clubs). I'll have to check their web site and see if they sell an umbrella.
Thanks Tru
