It is a shame the baby was killed for no reason at all.
Even the criminals have a code. If they catch these two and they go to jail the other convicts will tear them to shreds.

No argument from me...
Chinas laws and Sharia law are a lot harsher than ours, and they also have a lot less crime.
I'm not advocating we adopt their methods, but I would like to see:
No more extended time on death row.
No more Club Fed for white collar crime - one set of prisons for non-violent criminals, and another set for violent ones.
All criminals would work an 8 hour day - better behaviour gets the better jobs.
Cable TV would be allowed - but only the Learning Channel, Discovery Channel, Science Channel, and whatever one Martha Stewart is on.
Perhaps caning would work as well.

There is a clown (illegal) here in Dallas that shot and killed a Trooper. His defense is he is mentally challenged.

This happened in my own back yard. About 3 miles from my house!
I think you guys know where I stand. Send him to me and I'll work him to death (literally), making license plates in Folsom Prison!

P.S. The inmates will have a lottery to see who gets to take him out.  Child harming criminals are marked men in prison. You don't need to get permission from anyone (unlike "regular" mainline inmates) or even have a good reason, to stab him. Might even be a badge of courage for some 'up & coming' thug!
