Couldn't agree more Buzz.
I lay the majority of the problem on the males having children then disappearing.
Most any male can have a kid,it takes a Man to raise that kid.
As much as a woman may try,she can not teach a boy what it is to be a man.Anymore than a male can teach a girl how to be a Lady.
It takes both parents to raise a well grounded kid into a upstanding Man or Lady.
