Scott,

We are actually finally getting a little rain and I heard they had some snow up at Lassen the other night. Maybe we are going to have a wet and snowy Winter this year. Last year, except for the cold wind, the Winter here was like the Sahara. Almost as much rain. We need around 80" of rain to get the lake and everything back to normal.

Ron

Mt Shasta goddess. You are in trouble. If she blesses your back yeard with snow, you better get Ron to ask her to move to Warren's house.

I think this is being caused by global warming.

Hit a few snow flurries driving up to Marquette last night. Nothing sticking.

Clear skies means no cloud blanket holding daytime heat down so overnight temps drop fast; dropped 10 degrees in less than an hour once the sun went down.

Love the snow. Can't wait for it.

I wish you guys would quit swearing(the 4 letter word) we don't use it up here until at least January. It's not pretty, cool, or anything but work and putting the cars away for the winter. Sorry to rain on your parade.

Three boys playing hockey and the season just getting underway -- might as well snow.

I'm sure there's still time for one last late fall summer heat wave -- afterall..last week it was 90 and humid...
