We have hate crime laws to pile on top of illegal activities against minorities. Now we really need some kind of "hate crime" law against road ragers. Yeah, I know, enforce the laws we have. But special legisilation on top of it all would signal that enough is enough.

That is really bad and unfortunately not so much an exception as some might expect. Even in the small towns around here we have had several of those type incidents which has resulted in four or five deaths, most being teens. And the freeway is almost as bad. I try to avoid it as much as possible and go into Redding via another route.
