Every Which Way But Loose -- Eddie Rabbit
No bike tour this weekend? BTW...my middle son gave me his math testing scores - which is one of those national tests -- at 5th grade...he scored in the upper 95%... it is no wonder he makes me tired..

Every Breath You Take - Police
I'm going to teach my boy some things about maintaining and repairing his Explorer tomorrow morning.Fuel filter, spark plug wires replacement. What things to keep an eye on.
Then watch some football, Texas Tech play, then watch Texas play.
Get hair cuts Sunday morning. THEN my Stock Broker, who has a Harley, would like to get together and do some back roads.
Had a chance to do anything on your car ?

Take a Chance on Me -- Abba
You have a packed weekend...not to mention all of those acres you have to keep track of..
My car.. no I haven't taken it in. The suggestion for the gas tank cap was a no-go... but.. I am thinking not really knowing how the volvo was driven previously..(given that there was so much dust/dirt around the filter).. I'll have the plugs replaced..and will have the transmission fluids replaced too.. I have been using premium gasoline -- and am sort of wondering if I should use a can of fuel injector cleaner.... I know the light will still go on until I have it reset.. but I am so very much the optimist that if I do all of these little things first.. well..I won't have to take it in.. Aside from that... it's a funny car... it has the gull to illuminate a "snowflake" when the temperature is cold... ummm... I'm guessing that is in case I couldn't determine that on my own.??
But this weekend is packed with hockey ...

Take Me To The River - Grateful Dead
Injector cleaner could certainly help.I'd do it.
When was the last time a fuel filter was replaced ?
Can't say I've ever had a car that had an illuminating snowflake. Is that an high dollar option ?

One of my John Deere tractors has a rocker switch that has a snowflake on it that must be activated in order for the AC to blow cold air instead of hot air. It isn't illuminated, though.
I bet your car doesn't have a turtle or bunny like on a combines' three stage rocker switch for the throttle. Aren't all the Worldwide symbols on guages, etc wonderfull?

I Don't Want To Play Huse-----Tammy Wynette
I had a 1965 Ford Galaxie 500XL that had a blue snowflake that stayed lit until the engine warmed up. It was right next to the red flame that lit if it got overheated. Once I had the two lights out doing something and put them back in the wrong sockets. Saw it was overheating on the way to work and pulled over but the engine seemed cold. Got back in and the light had gone out. Dropped it off at Ford as it was only abut 6 months old. Felt kind of stupid when they told me I had just reversed the two lights.
