BIG BROTHER has been with us for awhile. It is just another tool. It can be extremely useful for the police, and extremely invasive on non security, or police matters.

Like owning a gun, it is the owner that pulls the trigger. We will soon see how this new tool is used. Be it responsible, or irresponsible no doubt it is here to stay.
