Subtle Change at CC

Is it just me, or has the "navigator bar" changed a bit? Used to be I had to click on "forums" to get it to show up. Now it shows up when I go to CC home page. No issue... really. Creature of habit and all of that... but if I click on forums, the bar is not there!

Edit: Uh, what really seems to happen is that it is only visble at the home page, nowhere else!!!!

Mike,

Brent put it in and had to take it back out as it stopped anyone from being able to Edit a post. Something about a clash with that script and the new software I believe. It was right after he put it in and took it out that I started having all of my weird problems.
