Who's missile is this??

An email that showed up in my inbox. This was a serious request.

There is a missile on the north dock of 5400.......does anybody know who this missile belongs to? We need to get rid of this item so we can continue cleaning the dock off.

I never lost one but I did help steal one 30 years ago at a AB in Geramny.

We painted a live Aim 9 blue, stenciled inert on it and place it on the base commanders front lawn.

That kept security from shooting themselves in the foot for a week or two.
