The Castle Rock, GA Mystery Revealed
The mystery is revealed. Its that time of year again when I will attempt to run across the state of Tennessee. Here is a map that will be used to track our progress: http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?hl=en...b7ab9a034d&z=8
Last year, I made it half way. This year, I am cutting all the security strings and hope to finish in 6 days. It is 314 miles. You can (if you care) follow me on twitter: http://twitter.com/mikeomelia. If you like, you can use this to annoy me and goad me along.
The goal is Castle Rock, GA. That is the finish line. If someone wants me to post a photo with Club Cobra type logos, let me know (at the finish).
Mike
Edit: July 16.

This is my 3rd time out on the road. We finsihed the first year as a relay. Last year, all by myself. Failed. I really want this to be the last time I have to do this. It too much to think about and then do. So, unless I get gnawed on by vultures, I'm gonna do everything in my power to bring it home.
Mike

Good luck on your run. We all know that once you set a goal for yourself, you will make it.
Get some good socks, and change them often!

The day has arrived. Hopefully this will be the year to finish. I say that tongue in cheek because you never start something you do not intend to finish. If you care to hear meanderings of a madman, you can check in at http://twitter.com/mikeomelia
Later.

Mike,
Glad to see that you are finally on the way and that the weather isn't hot. I just hope the rain doesn't turn into a big one that will mess everything up. Good luck and keep posting so we can follow your progress.
