Mile Hi Cobra Club Karl's Drive

Another great week end drive. How does Karl get us the good weather every weekend for the drives? Had 10 Cobras and 1 Vette (?). Jim Paul, Karl and MaryAnn, Dave White, John and Teresa Dooley, Gary and JoAnne Patrick, Keith and Tracy Lewis, Jamie Jones, Brandon Murphy and His Brother, Marv Lane, Dick and Candy and Tony Hemminger in the Vette. We started in Morrison at 9:00 AM sharp. Drove to Evergreen for a rest stop. Left Evergreen and drove to Idaho Springs by way of Mt. Evans. Some of us took a little bit longer trip as they got lost. Will not say who the leader of this group was, but he is also the one who lost his hat later on. Met up again at Mt. Evens and drove to Echo Lake for group pictures and to stop as much traffic as we could. When you go somewhere with 10 Cobras, you draw a crowd when you park. Instant Car Show!!! Then drove to Idaho Springs for lunch after a quick stop to retrieve someone's hat. (I will not say who, but it also the same person who got lost) Lunch at Tommyknocker Brewery in Idaho Springs. Great Day Karl. Thank you again and do not worry about it. I will not tell anyone who lost his way and hat on this trip.
