Mile Hi Cobra Club Annual Meeting

Here are the details about the Annual Meeting for the MHCC:

Date: 1/13/07
Time: 10 AM until about 2 PM
Place: Legendary Motorsports (new Superformance Dealer)

We will buy pizza and pop for lunch. So, if you are coming would you please RSVP to me at thompson660@cs.com? Let us know by 1/6/07. If you do not RSVP, there will not be pizza or a chair for you. OK?

Here is the agenda so far:

1) How much we spent on what for 2006

2) Budget for 2007

3) Should we raise dues for 2007? How about sponsorships?

4) Officers for 2007. If you want to run for an office for 2007 let me know.

5) Events for 2007 What did you like last year? What do you want to do in 2007?

6) Committees for 2007. What do you want to do for your club?

We will also be collecting dues for 2007. (thinking that they will remain at $35 but we need to decide for sure - they have not changed for 7 years)

We have a limit of the first 25 MHCC Members to sign up for this. Al tells me that we have 12 so far. So hurry. This could be full soon. You can sign up before the meeting to insure yourself of a spot. Al's email is ad303@yahoo.com

And we will be selling shirts again at the meeting. Jane McCoulf will have all the information available for us at this meeting.
