That's going to be a tricky job. Welding in the bar is probably pretty easy; relativly speaking. You'll have to cut away the alum of the trunk floor to weld in the stubs. But not particularly tricky. Pretty much any good welding shop can do that.
The hard part is cutting in to the body. I would suggest contacting FFR and ask them for a tracing that includes the cockpit edge and all three holes. Or maybe another owner with dual bars can trace it for you.
If I was doing it, I could pretty much count on screwing up the hole cutting part. I would plan on buying a set of bezels to trim it up and cover my mistake.
