Default Sunday Cruise

Looking at the forecast for the weekend, some of us were going to do a "Fall colors-river run". Dust off your cars and join us, if you can"t make it pass this along to other local Cobra owners, it would be great to get 10-15 cars to rumble thru the towns on the river. Commitments from 4 as of right now, please respond thru this forum or call me at the shop 651-423-5800. Starting time and point of origin will be determined by the response. Thanks guys, Mike Beamish

Dave, still trying to increse the car count, up to maybe 9 cars. I think we would probably meet at my place and leave around noon, later if this is a problem with church services. Then we can caravan to the east metro and meet up with the guys on the right side of town. We've done this route a few times before, run down the Wisconsin side of the river to Wabashaw and cross back into Mn and come up 61. This should be awesome this time of year with the fall colors. Sure hope you can make it! I spoke to Mike Connor's last night to generate some interest in the Anoka area group. We usually find a place to stop for a late lunch and socialize a little. As scattered as the Cobra owners are in the Metro I'm relying on you guy's to help spread the word. I spent a couple hours on the phone and got only a few takers.
Mike

Dave, spent the day at the Octoberfest races, forwarded my shop phone to my new cell only to find it didn't work at the track. Meeting at noon at my place, 12164 Biscayne Ave. Rosemount, Mn 55068. Feel free too call anytime after 8am Sunday with questions, Thanks, Mike

I just finished cleaning off the bugs and dirt. I'll see everyone at Mike's.

Angry %$#@% drivshaft !!!

As I drove down Cliff Road on my way to Mike's house, my driveshaft died. The universal was the culprit. Needless to say I didn't make it to the cruise. I guess I was better off having it die 5 miles from the house rather than 100 miles, but I don't feel any better. Does anyone know of a driveshaft shop in town?

Mark

p.s. How was the cruise?

Mark is it just the u-joint or did the shaft fail? If its just the u-joint Mike or I could change it for ya, if its the shaft you could run it over to Catco, or clutch and u-joint in Burnsville off of Hwy 13. We missed ya, It really was a great time.

Default Photos and DVD From Oct Drive

Greetings,
I have some good photos of the Cobras that were on the Oct. 15 run and get together at NRP (Beamish). If any one wants a copy of the DVD or JPGs let me know. (Hey this is for the people that were there, not 10,000 Cobra owners)

Anyone know how to get hold of Steve Connor?

Chet
