So I have to take my car into Bridgeport? Good luck on this, I can't get guys to take their cars to Madison, Essex or Litchfield.

Well Bob,
I guess I have more confidance than you...lol. I am also giving a 2 week heads up. So, I do think we will get good participation if the weather cooperates!!!I went last year, and it was really cool with many nice cars to see. I bought my trophy that I had one at the wings and wheel show and displayed in my car for their show. I won a trophy this year also and plan on the same trhing. Last year we went for a real nice ride after departing the Garage. we took 59 to 7 to 44 etc,etc...

It is in the middle of a crappier neighborhood, but had no bearing on the open house or parking. the place is very secure and all the parking was on nice flat grass.
As far as the "hood" goes, no problems, many thumbs ups and compliment were shout as we roared by!

Getting better and better!
From weather.com
Sat
Nov 14
Mostly Cloudy
60°High
45°Low
10%precip
I have mapped out a route but don't know how to link it. It will be about a 3 hour ride from black horse garage, also can cut off a leg and it will be a 2 hour ride. 58 to 133 67 to 7 to cornwall. then 45, around Lake Waramaug. 202 to 47 to 199 to 67 into Southbury at I84. The shorter version will cut out Rt 7 and the loop around cornwall. It would be 58 to 133 67 to 202 to 45, around Lake Waramaug. 202 to 47 to 199 to 67 into Southbury at I84.
The ride would start at 1:00 pm leaving from Black Horse garage

The weather for Saturday is predicted to be crap. Is anyone going in their daily driver?
Sunday is predicted to be dry with temps in the 60s. Is there any interest in doing a ride?

As of last night I'm (SB) meeting David (BB) and Art (BB) at the Aspen Garden in Litchfield at noon. I will be at the DD in Thomaston around 11:45. I can be at the commuter lot at 34 and Wilbur Cross at 11:20.
UKJohnnie (??) where will you be?
All of this presumes dry roads and no forecast of rain.

It looks like a few of us(4 or 5) will be meeting at Aspen Gardens in Litchfield at noon, eat lunch and continue from there. There is a concern about being home before dark, I have mapped out a route from the restaurant to lake Waramaug and the the ride back down. If you are going to come we could always change it, It is tentatively 202 E to 45 N around the lake, 202 south to 67 into Southbury. I was aiming at getting everyone home before dark and a nice break at the lake. If it works out timewise, I have no problem making it longer...what do you think?
If you go on google and put in Aspen gardens for you destination, it works perfect

So here's the story -
Due to weather concerns Lu, Art and I are keeping the snakes in the garage for now. Dave may give it a run. I will contact UKJohn.
