Default ERA 483 Now resides in York Co. Maine

Hello all, I have just bought 483 from MB in RI. and I am interested in the requirements, if any of membership to the New England Cobra Enthusiasts? I feel very lucky to have bought 483. I know it was on the CC site for quite some time! I was because 483 is truly (via test drive/inspection) a correct & Pristine Beast! I've been a big AC fan, since my days in high school, and my best friends stepfather/collector had 4 of the orginal AC's. Along with many other classic's. I just never got over that 66 side oiler! Now I have the ultimate in stress relief! For me anyway! As a electrician & part time silverplater, I won't be able to make all or even most of the meetings/rides. But it sure would be nice to try!

Thanks,

Congrats and welcome aboard. We try to meet frequently in Concord NH and occasionally at other local venues. We have breakfast at the Windmill this Sat. It is the same day as the Moochfest so there probably won't be many of our FFR friends there but it looks like a quorum at this point. Keep an eye over here and we're sure to meet up somewhere soon.

Thanks, the red cylinder in the intake is a oil blow-by(for lack of proper term) & return tank. This side oiler has a aftermarket pre-pressure oil system wich ensures full oil pressure prior to every engine start. I rather like it! To see pictures, please look @ for sale section on this site. Set add views @ 20 per page; I think you can see 483 about page 9 or 10

Good to see another ERA in Maine. 650 is in Cumberland County. We will have to hook up this summer. Congrats on the purchase.
