Connecticut ride this Sat or Sun 9/14 or 9/15/02
Hey Kids:
Is anyone out there interested in doing a ride this weekend? The weather is predicted to be good! Saturday's destinations could be Lime Rock (Porsche Lapping), Danbury (Marcus Dairy), Wallingford (cruise at Walmart) or Mystic area (nice ride). Sunday could be the shore area all the way to Misquamicut and Watch Hill, RI.
If you can't make it please use the following codes in order to save time when I check the responses -
1. Can't, I'm working this weekend.
2. Can't, my car is broken.
3. Can't, I've got yard work.
4. Can't, got a wedding.
5, Can't, my car is so built-up I can't use it on the street anymore.
6. Can't, I'm having a colonoscopy
7. Can't, I've got a Doctor's appointment.
8. Can't, I'm painting the house.
9. Can't, I'm taking my kid to college.
10. Can't I don't have a Cobra.
By the way, 10 is the only acceptable excuse, 5 is my favorite, and 1 is the most popular.
Bob

Since nobody responded in the affirmative Noreen and I took ol SPF642 to the show sponsored by the City of Waterbury. They had hundreds of cars up and down the street in front of City Hall. We had a beautiful 55 Chevy on our left and a not so beautiful Mustang on our right. There was even a Nash Metropolitan. The good news is that at 5:00 they handed out awards (unannounced), we ended up with the Mayor's trophy, yeah!
We want to personally thank Bob S. of Sandy Hook (I think) for not showing up with his beautiful red 427 dual holley ERA, thanks Bob.
Anyone interested in next weekend?
Bob and Noreen
