It's Summer!
Hey Kids:
According to my clock it is now summer. If it should ever stop raining in Connecticut this year who out there is interested in getting together for a cruise night or drive? There are lots of nice drives in our state, how about some ideas.
Shoreline drive to Mystic or Misquamicut, country roads to Lime Rock, Marcus Dairy on Saturday nights are a few of my ideas. Any thoughts?

The original post was on 6/21. As usual the Connecticut crowd's response was underwhelming. There are three Sundays left before Labor Day. That leaves two before labor day weekend itself. The 31st is the Shelby Show at Lime Rock.
Is there any interest in a trip to the Mystic/Misquamicut area on either of the other two Sundays? Joe, any interest in caravaning to Lime Rock?

Bob, Bob, Bob,
The cobra has very few miles this year.
Mostly due to the 5 days of sun and 219 days of rain.
Hopefully "..the sun will come out tomorrow......."

Hey Stu:
Going to Wal-Mart in Wallingford tonight. Spent most of today lapping at Lime Rock in the Porsche, what a beautiful day! Are you going to LRP next Sunday?

Hi Bob. Thanks for the invitation to Lime Rock. Unfortunately made plans last year before I bought the Cobra to go away for the weekend. Have finally got all the bugs out of it so i now feel secure in taking it further than 20 miles away. Had a few minor problems--faulty gas guage which caused to me to run out of gas
then clogged the fuel filter after sucking the bottom of the tank.
And had to put stronger shocks and springs on.
Also, read your emmissions post. I also ended up as a 2003 because DMV would only register that it way. My 351w will never past those standards.
