Default Connecticut: Establishing Auto Title in Trust Accounts ?

Has anyone in Connecticut had the actual experience of placing ownership/title of their autos in personal Trust accounts ? If so,is there a CT DMV publication outlining the forms, procedures etc that was used ?

I am also in contact with the CT DMV with the same question

Benefit is in Estate Planning, Trusts, Wills, Title transfer does not have to be administered by the Probate Court.

I think it is out of reach in a judgement too.

Connecticut requirements/procedure for registering a vehicle in a Trust:

Registering a Vehicle in the Name of a Trust

Vehicles may be registered in the name of a trust. For the most part, the same requirements apply as with vehicles registered in an individual's name. The following is a list of additional documents and requirements for vehicles registered in the name of a trust.

A copy of the trust document or letter from an attorney stating the name of a trust and the trustees. These documents will be filed with the title documents at the Department of Motor Vehicles.
The Connecticut Insurance Identification Card must be in the name of the trust as it appears on the Application for Registration and Title (form H-13).
The name on the Application for Registration and Title (form H-13) must match the name on the title.
A 6 percent sales tax, based on the purchase price of the vehicle or the book value, whichever is higher, is charged on these transactions. A transfer of a vehicle to/from a trust will be exempt from Connecticut sales tax providing there are no liens on the vehicle and no consideration is involved in the transfer. A Motor Vehicle and Vessel Gift Declaration form (AU-463) will be required.
