Default N. Shore Boston Monthly breakfast 5-20

Monthly breakfast on the North Shore starting May 20

We won’t know how this works unless we try. So here goes.
The kick off meet will be May 20th.
On the 3rd Saturday of each month any interested Cobras will be meeting in Chelmsford, Mass at Skips Restaurant. (www.SkipsRestaurant.com for directions) I will arrive about 8:00am and get a table near the door if I can.

This is not an organized formal event with an agenda, dues, or much structure.
It is simply a fixed time and place to meet up with other Cobra owners, buy your self breakfast, tell lies(stories), ask questions, give unsolicited advice, and in general spend a bit of time with other like minded folks. Wives, girlfriends, and kids should feel welcome.

By 9:30 or 10:00 those that are interested can take a cruise. For this 1st one I’ll have something dreamed up, future months others are welcome and encouraged to blaze the trail. You can count on being home by noon.
**********************************
So here are the dates for this season:
May 20 same day as Dyno day at New England Dyno and Tuning.
North shore dyno guys, start the day with breakfast
June 17
July 15 Lake George Cobra cruise weekend, I’ll be in NY.
Hope U can eat breakfast without me.
August 19
Sept. 16
Oct 21 Can you say Foliage cruise?
***********************************
Questions:
Do I need a Cobra to attend? No, All you need is enough money to pay for what you order. (I think Skips would like that )

Any gas stations nearby? Yes, several within site.

Is the parking paved? Yes

Will it always be at the same place? Yes, unless Skips doesn't want us or we collectively pick another spot. The date & place should be fixed so we can plan for it.

Why the north shore? Because that's where I live . Ther is someone trying to put a similar event together for the south shore area.

Rain or Shine? Yes for now. (I have a soft top) If the majority wants to pick rain dates then we'll do that, but this 1st one is May 20 rain or shine.
**********************************

I’d love to know if you can make it, or get your comments and input. so post here, I’ll keep a count.

Harvey R

I will not be able to make it .. I will be driving out to Franklin for the Dyno day.

But I did add it to my New England 2006 Cobra Event list which is in my gallery ....

WTM442

Aren't the breakfast dates Saturday? You list Sunday on the events schedule.

NE Members,
Hope that everyone can make it with the floods recently. I have some water in the basement, luckier than some, and plan to attend. It will be my metal revitalization program.

We need SUN!

Wet behind the ears and in the basement,
Jeff

We might just pull this off without any rain. As of Thursday at 7:00pm weather.com is calling for no rain until late Saturday afternoon.

See you at Skips Saturday

Harvey
