For a variety of reasons, I decided to have power steering installed in my Classic Roadsters with a 351W. The modifications and installation is now complete. Within the confines of the garage and the lot outside, every indication is positive, exactly what i wanted.
The power steering pump and bracket accessories are made by KRC Power Steering and is normally used for racing applications:. The appearance of the aluminum pump and reservoir tank fit in well with the Cobra engine along with the braided stainless steel lines and A-N fittings. The pump was mounted on the left head
A 1976 Mustang II power steering rack was used and required modifications to the inner tie rod ends as well as adapting the steering shaft connection to the steering rack. Alternator bracket was extended and the outer pulley used. The inner grove pulley is used for the water and power steering pump
A front end alignment completed the installation
No pictures, but there are some of the pump on the KRC web site

Kit comes with or without a mounting bracket. Actual installations will vary according to the pulleys used etc, It was not a bolt in installation.

Regarding KRC:
"KRC began research and developement on an aluminum power steering pump in 1996. After months of testing with the then current style pump, we found that the mid 60's design of that pump could not be improved to the standards needed by todays racers. In 1997, we teamed up with ZUA, a company that builds power steering systems for many major auto manufacturers. Their engineers worked close with us to produce an aluminum pump designed to meet the needs of todays racer "
