Look forward to seeing you all at the Dairy. Jay I'll try and get some more of the Greenwich crowd together ? I think Roz is away ? I'm going to leave my house around 4:30 so I'll just meet you there instaed of the mall. We're going on the boat so I don't think I can leave any earlier ? Are you going to bring the GT ?

The weather is looking great! The wife and I will be at the R34/R15 commuter parking lot at 4:00.
Mike, Joe G., Todd, Gary are any of you guys in? Summer will be gone in no time.

Gary has a shift. Joe sold his car. The other two I have no idea, what happened to Steve?

Great time at Marcus Dairy. The weather was perfect and at one point there was about a dozen Cobras, an assortment of several different makes and an original (CSX2020) to boot. Bob and I spoke at length with the owner of CSX 3140, currently under restoration. Nice guy, just didn't get his name. He had an interesting philosophy regarding original Cobra restoration. Jay had several Cobras and a customer GT40 there, and I met a few of the guys. Gotta be one of the best cruises in CT.
Manchester street cruise tomorrow, will probably draw over 1500 cars, weather permitting.

it was good to see everyone at the Dairy. it was a perfect night & Rich is right there were about 12 or so Cobra's & Jay brought the GT 40 also. That was something to see that real deal AC / Cobra slabside.

Terrific time! Lots of cars (CSX, ERA, SPF, BDR & FFR), great weather and a beautiful CSX. We got home (West Haven) just as the green flag waived on one of the best Indy car races in a long time. A terrific night.

Good to see everyone there... sorry did not get to visit with many of you. It was a busy night with all the cars we delivered at the cruise. Also, plenty of cars to look at. I'm watching the weather for tomorrow but it does not sound promising (all 3 sites I track say T-storms in the afternoon).

Are you sure that wasn't CSX 2220?

If you guys get that excited about a real sb car, maybe we need to get you out to the Mill Pond so we can hopefully see a real bb car.

Not real excited at all. Just that few real cars actually get driven. Actually, the big block owner seemed smitten with my car, says the ERA looks as real as any original. But, then I knew that already.

Interesting link between that car and Charles Manson.
Charles "Helter Skelter" Manson and the Cobra
