I was just there a couple weeks ago.
It was no secret that there's "lots for sale" (demonstrators, etc).
I also just received an email or Facebook post with a link to their eBay store. It seems like they're trying to sell off some expensive items they have stitting around, like those Mac tool boxes and neon signs.
The tour itself was pretty good for people who don't know Shelbys. The store is well stocked and there's plenty of licensed chachkies to go around.
I stocked up on Ken Miles Tea and Dan Gurney Champagne.

1/2 of the cars are sold, paid for and gone already - This thing went stupid huge crazy (in a great way) for SAI and has gone viral

If there ever was a place that needed a heavy pruning and a move it was that place.

I am sure they know their markets and margins better than I do, but if it was me I would eliminate about 60% of the models and concentrate on the quality of those few cars that represent the history of Shelby.
