Anyone planning a Jackson Rd route? It's too beautiful on 16 to blur my eyes with US 50.

Don't think I will make it ... you are gonna have a giant turnout! Weather should be excellent.

Bob,
I left a voice mail message for John B. at Castle Oaks to bump the number to 34-36. Hopefully you will see this email before 5pm upon your return today. Maybe you can check in with John one last time today before 5pm or call him first thing in the a.m. to double confirm. Signing out. Reply here this evening if you see this.

Just go back... I'll add 2 more based on my voice mails. I just left a message for John and upped the number to 38.
See you tomorrow.

For anyone that wants to meet up for coffee before hand off Hwy 50, some folks are departing at 9am from Starbucks in Folsom, the one near In & Out Burger. We'll exit out back down the old Scott Road and pick up a few folks on the side of the road from El Dorado Hills on the way out Latrobe.

Default Ione Breakfast

I just wanted to say that Marsha & I had a great time this morning. It was nice to see some familiar faces & meet some new ones as well. The food was great, and what a beautiful drive & setting! Here's a few random pictures.

Thanks to all. It was a good turn out.

Dave -

Thanks for posting the photos Dave.

I would like to add my thanks to everyone who showed up to the breakfast this morning… you folks make it a great success.

Special thanks go out to Randy Enstrom for being the bank today and handling the money, Duane DeCooney for posting this event early so people had some time to plan and also for handling the head count while I was gone last week, and to Rick Parker and the Modesto crew for making the drive up… hope to see you folks again. Remember, third Saturday of the month! Check CC for location.

A shout out as well to the rest of you who made it from… Elk Grove, El Dorado Hills, Galt, Folsom, Sacramento and its surrounding communities. For those that were unable to attend for whatever reason… bummer!

Dan, How was the drive to Hope Valley? Post some pics.

Bob

This was a great low key event that is just perfect in my eyes. For those who may not know everyone, may I suggest that everyone introduce themselves, and their handle on Club Cobra.

It was perfect Bob!

You know...we probably should do more of these in centrally located areas like this to help so folks can come from all over, and from afar.

It was a surprise and very nice to see some familiar faces and different cars from the old WSCB days It reconfirmed to me why its so important to make the extra effort to schedule in advance and to make sure we do it "like this" at least a few times a year.

Nice seeing everyone and thanks for coming out with the cars.

We waited with our Tiger at the 1st meet spot from 8am -8:30am---figured no one was coming. Hopefully we can make the entire run next time, looks like a great turnout.
